O Bagel é um pão tradicional judaico em forma de anel originado na europa do leste e muito popular nos EUA. É fervido em água antes de ser assado, o que faz com que o seu interior seja denso e consistente, enquanto a sua casca é crocante e douradinha.
Uma dica é prove o salmão clássico , com cream cheese de limão, cebola roxa, tomate e alcaparras, servido com folhas verdes, molho de iogurte com hortelã, tomate confit e granola salgado . Fantástico muito saboroso !!!
Nos doces, experimente o carrot cake uma versão diferente do " conhecido " bolo de cenoura, feito com especiarias e cenoura ralada.
Mas a grande surpresa é a babka: um pão doce trançado e fofinho de origem judaica e que vem recheado com creme de nozes e chocolate. Simplesmente delicioso!!!
A padaria é linda e charmosa desde a entrada . Decoração clean ( adorei) , e ambiente muito aconchegante para aproveitar os bagels com café ou outra bebida.

The bakery is inspired by New York's delicacies, Kez Bagel & Café, and has fantastic bagels, which can be tasted alone (simple version), accompanied by hummus or in one of the sandwiches. All delicious!!!.
Bagel is a traditional Jewish ring-shaped bread originated in Eastern Europe and very popular in the USA. It is boiled in water before being baked, which makes its interior dense and consistent, while its rind is crispy and golden.
A tip is to try the classic salmon, with lemon cream cheese, red onion, tomato and capers, served with green leaves, yogurt sauce with mint, tomato confit and salted granola. Fantastic very tasty !!!
For sweets, try the carrot cake, a different version of the "well-known" carrot cake, made with spices and grated carrots.
But the big surprise is the babka: a fluffy, braided sweet bread of Jewish origin and stuffed with walnut cream and chocolate. Simply delicious!!!
The bakery is beautiful and charming from the start. Clean decor (I loved it), and a very cozy atmosphere to enjoy bagels with coffee or another drink.
Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Bagel, decent coffee, but terrible eggs benedict. The menu said hollandaise sauce, but the cold, slightly green sauce that covered a badly poached egg was definitely not hollandaise. It was not nice.
I will return for more bagels, but the rest of the menu and the service need a lot of work.
