★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Chegamos, sentamos na mesa e informamos ao atendente o que queríamos comer. Passou aproximadamente entre 30/40 minutos e nada do almoço ser servido, nem falaram mais nada. Ambiente sujo e várias pessoas fumando próximas à nossa mesa (como estávamos com muita fome e pressa, paramos ali mesmo). Quando perguntamos se a comida estava para chegar, não sabiam de nada, simplesmente esqueceram que estávamos ali esperando o almoço. Como ficamos esse tempo todo, questionamos se ao menos daria algum desconto nos pratos e o dono, em tom irônico falou: "Desconto? Há, desconto não". Respondi: "Ficamos aqui mais de meia hora esperando e não terá nenhum desconto? Então Vamos comer em outro lugar". E ele novamente irônico falou: "Pode ir". Péssimo, debochado, pouco se importando com o cliente. Fujam, pois o lugar é um verdadeiro muquifo num bairro nobre.
Poor experience. We arrived, sat at the table and informed the attendant what we wanted to eat. It took about 30/40 minutes and no lunch was served, nor did they say anything else. Dirty atmosphere and several people smoking near our table (as we were very hungry and in a hurry, we stopped right there). When we asked if the food was coming, they knew nothing, they simply forgot we were waiting for lunch. As we were all this time, we wondered if we would even give a discount on the plates and the owner, in an ironic tone said: "Discount? There, not discount". I said, "We've been here for over half an hour waiting and won't have any discounts? So let's eat somewhere else." And he again wryly said, "Go on." Bad, mocking, not caring about the customer. Run away, because the place is a real muquifo in a posh neighborhood.
