Tive que reclamar duas vezes para irem fazer o orcamento e nem me deram retorno, eu que tive que cobra-los e quando me passaram o orcamento novamente depous de 3 meses do primeiro, teve um aumento de 30% no valor, sem explicação aparente. Quando questionei me falaram qie a area aumentou.
Acho que devem estar ganhando bem, para tratar os clientes assim e não dar retorno dos orçamento. Enfim estou procurando outra empresa.
It was terrible. I had to complain twice to go to the budget and they didn't even give me a return, I had to charge them and when they passed me the budget again after three months from the first, there was a 30% increase in value, with no apparent explanation. When I asked, they told me that the area increased.
I think they must be earning well, to treat customers like this and not return their budgets. Anyway I'm looking for another company.
