★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrando na recepção duas atendentes digitando ao computador, nem uma resposta ao meu bom dia, solicitei atendimento, ouvi um áspero aguarde, só fui atendido qdo ela terminou de digitar a ultima ficha. Todas de cara amarrada. Acho que lhes falta um bom treinamento de como atender clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma merda, demora uma vida para entregar o laudo de uma biopsia e fora o fato de um laboratorio funcionar apartir das 9h da manhã e fechar para almoço e ficando até 18h.
Detestei, e pra mais nunca deixo lá.
Shit, it takes a lifetime to deliver a biopsy report and the fact that a lab runs from 9am and closes for lunch and stays until 6pm.
I hated it, and for the most part I never leave it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre ouvi falar do laboratório Virchow como referência e agora que precisei de uma biópsia para o meu pai decidi levar pra lá. Estou decepcionada, angustiada e com uma enorme sensação de impotência. Devido a gravidade do caso e a idade avançada do meu pai, foi solicitado urgência no resultado. Estou já com uma semana de atraso da data que deveria ter recebido. Já ouvi várias explicações e justamente por serem várias fica difícil de acreditar... "O médico decidiu refazer o exame para poder dar o laudo", "o caso do seu pai está em estudo", a substância usada (um corante) acabou mas já foi pedido com urgência", "não, a substância ainda não chegou" (de Recife p João Pessoa=2 horas no máximo). Já perdi consultas, encaixes e o tratamento do meu pai que tem urgência de ser iniciado depende agora exclusivamente desse resultado. Cadê o respeito pelo cliente? E o amor a vida? Que laboratório é esse que só faz pedido de material quando o mesmo acaba? E pq não dar uma unica ligação pra nos informar o que está acontecendo de verdade e uma estimativa de tempo? Sinceramente, jamais voltarei a esse laboratório e espero que ninguém passo pelo que minha família está passando. Nota zero!

Where's the respect for the customer? And love for life? What lab is this that only orders material when it ends? And why not give a single call to let us know what's really going on and an estimate ? Honestly, I will never go back to that laboratory and I hope that no one goes through what my family is going through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De péssimo a muito péssimo, a atendente que fica no horário das 16:17h no dia 04/04/22, desligou a ligação na minha cara e deixou o telefone tocando sem, pois eu liguei várias vezes. Um resultado de 04 biópsias que deveriam serem entregues no dia 01/04, pois eu tinha consulta de urgência pós operatória marcada para o dia 04/04, e o resultado não estava pronto. Liguei a tarde para pedir que me enviassem por e-mail ou WhatsApp, e a mesma nem anotou o meu e-mail e me passou o e-mail do laboratório pela metade, e disse que não enviaria por WhatsApp, porém informaram ao meu marido que enviariam por WhatsApp. E até agora as 16:21h estou tentando ligar pra pedir o e-mail e eu solicitar o resultado! Nossa, atendimento mil… E ainda perdi a consulta. Eu, cirurgiada e com problemas de saúde!
