na internet pelo google fonte $ 70, 100 reais.
já iniciamos uma conversa com valores muito mas muito fora do contexto não tenho mais a dizer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu notebook para orçamento, perguntei pelo whatsapp se o orçamento estava pronto, me passaram os valores e falei que não ia querer o serviço, que iria buscar no outro dia, depois de 20 minutos me ligaram e uma funcionaria que se chama ALINE muito mal educada, já me ligou falando que haviam feito o reparo e que eu tinha que pagar, sendo que eu não aprovei o reparo, não concordei, ela disse que iria desfazer o serviço de reparo que poderia me entregar o notebook com a placa morta, retruquei e deixei ciente se houvesse danificado a placa eu iria mover uma ação judicial, pq não entreguei com placa morta, no outro dia fui buscar o notebook falaram pra voltar depois de 1h, voltei e nao estava pronto, fiquei 1h20 esperando ficar pronto, que segundo eles iriam desfazer o serviço.
Não recomendo, mal educados, não sabem tratar os clientes, não é dessa forma que trabalha.

I left my laptop for an estimate, I asked via whatsapp if the estimate was ready, they gave me the values and said that I would not want the service, that I would pick it up the other day, after 20 minutes they called me and an employee called ALINE was very bad polite, she already called me saying that they had done the repair and that I had to pay, and I didn't approve the repair, I didn't agree, she said she would undo the repair service that she could give me the notebook with the dead board, I replied and I made it aware if I had damaged the plate I would file a lawsuit, because I didn't deliver it with a dead plate, the other day I went to get the notebook they said to come back after 1h, I came back and it wasn't ready, I stayed 1h20 waiting for it to be ready, what second they would undo the service.
I don't recommend, rude, they don't know how to treat customers, that's not how it works.
"DO NOT RECOMMEND" TERRIBLE COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu primeiro contato foi pra comprar peças e a primeira impressão foi excelente tanto que voltei para fazer um serviço de manutenção do meu notebook. Infelizmente dessa vez não tive a mesma sorte. Deixei o notebook para um orçamento que ficaria pronto em 2 dias. Depois de várias ligações e mensagens de Whatsapp desencontradas (exemplo: eu dentro da loja, o atendente ja com a ordem e serviço aberta dando baixa e outro atendente me mandando mensagem para falar sobre uma pergunta que fiz 4h antes) retirei o computador uma semana depois sem nenhum serviço realizado e sem a fonte original que deixei junto quando deixei na loja. Uma surpresa desagradável já que na sexta tenho o feedback de que poderia pagar e pegar a máquina na segunda e na segunda descubro que nada foi feito porque teria que mexer na placa mãe, o que eu teria autorizado caso tivesse sido informada. Não recomendo.
My first contact was to buy parts and the first impression was excellent so much so that I went back to do a maintenance service on my notebook. Unfortunately this time I was not so lucky. I left the notebook for a quote that would be ready in 2 days. After several mismatched calls and Whatsapp messages (example: me inside the store, the clerk already with the order and service open and another clerk sending me a message to talk about a question I asked 4 hours before) I removed the computer a week later without any service performed and without the original source that I left together when I left it in the store. An unpleasant surprise as on Friday I got the feedback that I could pay and pick up the machine on Monday and on Monday I found out that nothing was done because I would have to mess with the motherboard, which I would have authorized had I been informed. I do not recommend.
