★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei mensagem com interesse na locação de um imóvel, fui contatado por um corretor 2 dias depois, que, após esse contato inicial (diga-se de passagem, um e-mail pronto, padronizado e ríspido), não mais respondeu meus contatos nem meus questionamentos.
Se durante a captação do cliente, no primeiro contato, já tratam o cliente assim, imagina como vai ser após a assinatura do contrato?
O atendimento é péssimo e nada profissional. E a reclamação é recorrente aqui no Google Maps sobre esses aspectos.
Evitem tratar com essa imobiliária!
 I sent a message with interest in renting a property, I was contacted by a broker 2 days later, who, after this initial contact (by the way, a ready, standardized and quick e-mail), no longer answered my contacts or my questions.
If during the customer's capture, in the first contact, they already treat the customer like this, imagine how it will be after the contract is signed?
The service is terrible and unprofessional. And the complaint is recurring here on Google Maps about these aspects.
Avoid dealing with this real estate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral os atendimento das imobiliárias em SJC são ruins, principalmente quando se trata de aluguéis. Mas pela a 2º vez tento fazer negócio com esta imobiliária e a experiência foi péssima. Começou com o atendimento da secretária; sem empatia e não procura entender o que você precisa. Com muita insistência consegui agendar uma visita em um imóvel com o corretor com o nome de Eduardo, novamente outra péssima experiência, não foi gentil na ligação, na visita igualmente. Ainda por cima disse que o imóvel não tinha proposta na sexta-feira a tarde e na segunda mudou sua versão. Como o corretor não dava retorno hoje liguei para tentar falar com a gerente ''COMERCIAL'', a resposta da secretária foi de que ''não está autorizada a passar o contato da GERENTE. Pergunto, o que ela faz lá? Por fim recomendo ao proprietário da empresa que recicle seus profissionais e busquem dar oportunidades a quem sabe (que goste) de trabalhar com público e preste um atendimento de excelência.

..Não podem atender
...Não retornam o contato
..Não demonstram interesse nenhum em te oferecer algum imóvel,,,
Ou estão com muito clientes...ou já tem dinheiro suficiente p dispensar clientes...
Pobre de quem entrega seu imóvel p eles..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, entrei em contato a varios dias querendo saber referente a dois imoveis pra venda que estava interessada, me passaram o contato de um corretor Eduardo que fica online e nunca responde, pedi pra imobiliária o numero de outro corretor pra me atender, nao me passaram, disseram que todos estavam em atendimento, e ninguém podia me atender, reclamei porém não adiantou nada, imobiliária sem compromisso com cliente, péssimo, não recomendo!
