★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com problema na entrega do produto que comprei em 29/07/2020, que descumpriram o prazo 40 dias úteis, o prazo dobrou.
A loja e o sac alegam a falta de matéria prima devido a pandemia, entendo que houve muito atraso perante ao setor de móveis nessa época devido a alta demanda de vendas, porém o histórico de reclamações de atraso de entrega antes da pandemia é bem extenso com a Komfort House.
O sac da loja não sabe posicionar com clareza o porque de tantas datas prorrogadas para entrega do meu produto e também não possuem um feedback com a loja, isso cria uma insatisfação tremenda com os consumidores.

I have a problem with the delivery of the product I bought on 07/29/2020, that failed to meet the deadline 40 working days, the deadline doubled.
The store and the sac allege the lack of raw materials due to the pandemic, I understand that there was a lot of delay before the furniture sector at that time due to the high demand for sales, but the history of complaints of delayed delivery before the pandemic is quite extensive with Komfort House.
The store's sac does not know how to clearly position why so many extended dates for delivery of my product and also do not have feedback with the store, this creates tremendous dissatisfaction with consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só digo uma coisa FUJA DESSA LOJA. Vendedores mal caráter, no dia que fui na loja eles induziram minha mãe compra, na mesma hora ela se arrependeu. Eles queria aplicar uma multa na metade do valor do sofá. O sofá é duro que nem um pau. Péssima qualidade. Tive que efetuar a troca por 4 vezes do sofá, o primeiro o sofá com um mês ficou com barulho ao sentar as últimas as 2 vezes veio metade de uma cor e a metade de outra a 4 quarta o encosto veio em altura diferentes de uma metade pra outra. Ficamos tão de saco cheio de tantas trocas que deixamos do jeito que está.
Só te falo uma coisa, se vc valoriza seu dinheiro não gaste nessa loja, pois o que era pra ser um sonho virou um pesadelo onde olho pra ele todos os dias.
I just say one thing RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Badly character sellers, the day I went to the store they induced my mother to buy, she immediately regretted it. They wanted to fine half the value of the sofa. The sofa is hard as a stick. Terrible quality. I had to change the sofa 4 times, the first the sofa with a month was noisy when sitting the last 2 times it came half of one color and the other half the fourth the back came at a different height than one half to another. We were so fed up with so many exchanges that we left it the way it is.
I'll just tell you one thing, if you value your money, don't spend it at this store, because what was supposed to be a dream turned into a nightmare where I look at it every day.
