★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentei na mesa, esperei cerca de 10min e não fui atendido (3/4/22 noite). Ao ver as 3 funcionárias reunidas e rindo para a tela do celular que uma delas segurava, eu e minha esposa fomos embora.
I sat at the table, waited about 10min and was not served (3/4/22 night). Seeing the 3 employees gathered and laughing at the cell phone screen that one of them was holding, my wife and I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de Ifood compromete a qualidade do serviço na loja, pois a loja foi projetada para suprir a demanda local, quando essa demanda é somada a demanda do Ifood, a infraestrutura da loja no suporta. As consequências são um atendimento ruim, demora na preparação dos pedidos das mesas. A limpeza do local estava bem ruim.
A atendente/gerente/faxineira/caixa até se esforçava, mas era nítido que era muita atividade para uma só pessoa.
A outra funcionária fica dentro da cozinha e tbm era nítido a sobrecarga.

The consequences are poor service, delay in preparing table orders. The cleanliness of the place was very bad.
The attendant/manager/cleaner/cashier even tried hard, but it was clear that it was a lot of activity for one person.
The other employee is inside the kitchen and the overload was also clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes super gentis e atenciosas na escolha dos pedidos, sugerindo inclusive. Porém achei o atendimento moroso demais. Pra nos entregarem um cardápio foram 10 minutos mais ou menos. Mas fora isso, recomendo. A comida maravilhosa e a simpatia se sobrepõem a morosidade.
Super kind and attentive attendants in the choice of orders, including suggesting. However, I found the service too slow. It took about 10 minutes to deliver us a menu. But other than that, I recommend it. The wonderful food and friendliness overcome the slowness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O peixe não é dos mais frescos. Mas tava ok. Fui bem atendida. Comi meio poke de salmão marinado e um temaki de salmão.
The fish is not the freshest. But it was ok. I was well taken care of. I had half a marinated salmon poke and a salmon temaki.
