★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 30/05/21 fiz uma encomenda no Origami da Gávea através do Ifood. A apresentação da comida veio pior que "lavagem de porco" , pior foi o atendimento que tive ao ligar para o Origami da Gávea.
 Today, 05/30/21 I placed an order at Origami da Gávea through Ifood. The presentation of the food came worse than "washing the pig", worse was the service I had when I called Origami da Gávea.

Comi lá muitas vezes saindo do cinema no shopping. Atualmente, vou a qualquer outro lugar MENOS lá.
Primeiro, acho caro para o padrão básico de japonês.
É correto, nunca comi nada estragado. Esse é o limite do que posso dizer de positivo sobre a casa.
Segundo, com excessão talvez das duplas extremante caras, as peças são básicas e sem criatividade alguma.
Não tem nada no Origami que me faça pensar "preciso voltar lá".
Recomendo encontrar um lugar mais criativo por perto.
I don't understand people talking so well about Origami.
I ate there many times coming out of the movie theater at the mall. I currently go anywhere BUT there.
First, I find it expensive for the basic standard of Japanese.
That's right, I've never eaten anything spoiled. That's the limit of what I can say positive about the house.
Second, with the exception of perhaps the extremely expensive duos, the pieces are basic and lacking in creativity.
There's nothing about Origami that makes me think "I need to go back there".
I recommend finding a more creative place close by.

A porção que foi entregue parecia a metade do normal e ligamos para reclamar. Pasmem, a atendente Gislene, tentou, a nosso pedido (de falar com o responsável) transferir a ligação para um tal de Antônio, que negou-se a atender o telefone e "mandou ela nos informar" que o responsável somente se encontra durante a semana e simplesmente andou para nós, os clientes, ignorando a nossa reclamação.
Um restaurante com tamanha fama, deveria orientar e treinar melhor sua equipe. Não merece os clientes que tem.
We ordered a.vegetable yaksoba for my vegetarian son to have it delivered home. Value R$ 70,00 with delivery tx.
The portion that was delivered seemed to be half of normal and we called to complain. Amazingly, Gislene, the attendant, tried, at our request (to speak with the person in charge) to transfer the call to a certain Antônio, who refused to answer the phone and "had her inform us" that the person in charge is only available during the week and simply walked over to us customers, ignoring our complaint.
A restaurant with such a reputation should better guide and train its staff. You don't deserve the customers you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good sushi & sashimi with a large menu. Service was prompt and the place was packed for lunch. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stays is the price, it’s quite expensive but still worth it if you’re prepared to pay.
