★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 13/4/22 estive na loja da kopenhagem do Jundiai Shopping e fui muito mal atendida… não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. No Natal aconteceu a mesma coisa! A pessoa que nos atendeu coloca o produto numa sacola, grampeia a sacola ???? E nos entrega assim, sem mais… sendo que é presente de Páscoa… qdo pedi se não tinha nenhum selo, ela me dá um na minha mão para que eu colasse… uma má vontade absurda… o mesmo aconteceu no natal… agora não compro mais nesta loja! Meu irmão nos trouxe no final de semana anterior, duas sacolas de presente para o meu pai da loja em São Paulo e as mesmas vieram com laços, adesivadas e uma sacola mais bonita e diferenciada! Descaso com os clientes em uma loja no qual os produtos não são baratos!
Today, 4/13/22 I was at the kopehagem store at Jundiai Shopping and I was treated very poorly… this is not the first time this has happened. At Christmas the same thing happened! The person who answered us puts the product in a bag, staples the bag ???? And she gives it to us like this, without further ado… since it’s an Easter gift… when I asked if she didn’t have any stamps, she gives me one in my hand for me to stick… an absurd ill will… the same thing happened at Christmas… now I don’t buy anymore in this store! Last weekend, my brother brought us two gift bags for my father from the store in São Paulo and they came with bows, stickers and a more beautiful and differentiated bag! Negligence with customers in a store where the products are not cheap!
