Regarding logistics, employees who are totally unprepared when the courier arrives to pick up the order, take more than half an hour to separate a 1-minute order. Honestly horrible, make it better!

Eu havia terminado uma aula de inglês na USA INTERNATIONAL, onde aprendi a me comunicar em inglês naturalmente, e vim tomar um pouco de felicidade num copo. Foi a experiência mais linda e deliciosa que passei desde que inventaram o sorvete de banana. Não sei o que falar da loja que só me trás felicidade, recomendo a todos que gostam de chocolate e pessoas educadas e respeitáveis.
My friends and colleagues I cherish so much, I love chocolate and smile. In this store I did both. I had just finished an English class at USA INTERNATIONAL, where I learned to communicate in English naturally, and I came to drink some happiness from a glass. It was the most beautiful and delicious experience I've had since banana ice cream was invented. I don't know what to say about the store that only brings me happiness, I recommend it to everyone who loves chocolate and polite and respectable people.
