★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em razão da pandemia estão servindo apenas em copo de isopor só que só fui informada disso após pagar e me servirem o café. Resultado, não tomei o café porque é extremamente cancerigeno coisas quentes em isopor. As funcionárias nem se mobilizaram. O mínimo que deveria fazer é comunicar previamente.
Perderam uma cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento das koppenhagens normalmente já não é lá aquelas coisas, mas desse quiosque se supera. Funcionários mal preparados, falta de material, demora no atendimento. Precisa melhorar muito.

Nunca tinha visto na vida uma atendente 100% ignorar dois clientes no caixa falando “por favor” pra cchamar atenção mas hoje (2/11 as 17:50) aconteceu na kopenhagen. até gesticulamos caso ela fosse deficiente auditivo mas não, ela tava ouvindo a gnt msm e ainda flo “o que?” tipo…oi??? ainda fomos continuar com pedido mas ela ja “nao tem nenhum acompanhamento de café” eu hein. se num querem vender nao se preocupe que eu não compro, tchau!

I had never seen an attendant 100% ignore two customers at the till saying “please” to get attention, but today (2/11 at 5:50 pm) it happened in kopenhagen. we even gestured if she was hearing impaired but no, she was listening to gnt msm and still flo "what?" like…hi??? we still went to continue with the order but she already “has no coffee accompaniment” me huh. if you don't want to sell don't worry I won't buy it, bye!

A atendendente perguntou se eu não queria completar o troco com mais chocolate (tipo troco em bala). Reclamei, dei um boa noite e seguiu-se o silêncio...
I arrived at around 9.45 pm but there was no more coffee (24 hours shop). I tried to buy 2 chocolates but they had no change and the card machine had no signal. The attendant asked if I wanted to complete the change with more chocolate (like change in candy). I complained, said good night and there was silence...
