Atendimento péssimo...ao menos para o locatário..
Demoram resolver questões simples, ter um e-mail respondido demora dias, tem que ficar ligando, inclusive para pagar....boletos chegam atrasados, até por e-mail... Sempre com MUITA má vontade, encerrei meu contrato em julho por várias questões não resolvidas e por total falta de interesse em negociação.....mesmo com pandemia .....até para pagar foi um transtorno...tive que ficar cobrando...Quando finalmente consegui pagar eles não acertaram as contas de luz e gás e recebi a cobrança ...Só que eu já havia pago para a imobiliária....enfim.....
Não recomendo para ninguém o serviço deles, e

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa super burocrática, se vc fizer qualquer serviço por fora, terceirizar um seguro, eles atrapalham, tentam intermediar. Contratei a Porto seguro com a empresa DKP que era super ágil e prático na renovação eles assumiram sem minha autorização, agora pra solicitar alguma coisa tenho que falar com a Porto seguro diretamente coisa que a DKP já fazia por mim facilitando o atendimento e melhorando a experiência. Além disso, tenho que ficar cobrando o boleto de pagamento, vc já tem q pagar o aluguel ainda tem q ficar cobrando de uma imobiliária. Vc dificilmente consegue um atendimento rápido e moderno como por whatsapp tem q ficar mandando e-mail e aguardar a boa vontade de resposta. KOYAMA nunca mais, horrível experiência!

Principalmente a filial de São Bernardo do Campo Sp. O rapaz é Grosso e mal educado. Eu e meu marido tivemos uma péssima experiência com eles. Continuo afirmando que o atendimento é péssimo. você como inquilino não tem suporte nenhum! Pessimo!

A sensação ao tentar negociar um apto com eles é que tentam engabelar, o processo muito moroso e sem transparência. Desisti de alugar o imóvel e hoje percebo que foi livramento. Imagina ficar amarrada com essa imobiliária por 03 anos.
Visitei o apto em 12/05 e fizemos proposta. O corretor o tempo todo dizendo que poderia sim dar a chave antes de 29/05 já que teríamos que sair do apto anterior - um tempo bem possível. A imobiliária enrolou, enrolou a gente; pedimos até pro corretor do apto anterior para ficarmos mais tempo no apto. No dia 28/05, enviaram o contrato, depois de ligarmos quase diariamente cobrando; o contrato escrito todo difícil, questionamos algumas taxas e o texto e pedimos para adicionar cláusula para rescisão sem multa após 12 meses, o que o proprietário recusou. Até aí tudo bem, direito dele; porém, o fato de terem enrolado tanto a gente nos dava apenas duas opções: aceitar o contrato da forma que tava escrito por conta da pressa de entregar outro apto ou pedir na imobiliária anterior mais tempo - graças a Deus escolhemos a segunda opção. Achamos muito desonesto esse processo, no fim ficamos prejudicadas.

I visited the apartment on 12/05 and we made a proposal. The realtor all the time saying he could give the key before 05/29 since we would have to leave the previous apartment - a very possible time. The real estate agent got us involved; we even asked the broker of the previous apartment to stay longer in the apartment. On 05/28, they sent the contract, after calling us almost daily, charging; the written contract was all difficult, we questioned some fees and the text and asked to add a clause for termination without penalty after 12 months, which the owner refused. So far so good, his right; however, the fact that we had so much trouble gave us only two options: accepting the contract as it was written because of the rush to deliver another apartment or asking the previous real estate agency for more time - thank God we chose the second option. We found this process very dishonest, in the end we were harmed.

Você que precisa ficar cobrando e ligando atrás de informação (e são bem mal-educados e grosseiros no atendimento). Quando está tudo certo com o aluguel do imóvel fica tudo bem, mas ao aparecer algum problema eles não dão apoio - ficam se esquivando das suas obrigações e tirando o corpo fora. Não recomendo - procurem outra imobiliária!
