★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo valor não compensa, as aulas de spin bike vivem lotadas, poderiam aumentar a quantidade de aulas na semana já que existe tanta procura, além disso poderiam abrir no horário de almoço, já que a muitas pessoas estão de home office e conseguem ir para academia no horário do almoço, agora ficar 4 horas fechada no período da tarde é péssimo!
 For the price, it's not worth it, spin bike classes are crowded, they could increase the number of classes a week since there is so much demand, in addition they could open at lunch time, since many people are from home and manage to go to the gym at lunch time, now being closed for 4 hours in the afternoon is terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção péssima, por utilizar o Gympass e não ser aluno com uma frequência maior (vou toda semana) há um tratamento diferente. Enfim estou pela aula e por ser próximo a minha residência se dependesse do atendimento da recepção não ficaria, infelizmente.
Bad reception, for using Gympass and not being a student more often (I go every week) there is a different treatment. Anyway, I'm for the class and because it's close to my residence, if I depended on the reception service, I wouldn't stay, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para que ligassem o ar condicionado na sala do spinning bike e nesse calor informaram que só podem ligar na hora da aula, faltando 20 minutos para o início, fico na sala porque aproveito para estudar e chego 30 min antes para pegar senha se não não consigo fazer a aula pois a sala é pequena são só 10 vagas, o atendimento ao cliente deixa a deseja é muito! mais uma vez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abre muito tarde (7:00) e Fecha muito cedo (9:30). Equipamentos ok e Staff gentil. Porém das 17:30 até 20:30 é impossível entrar na academia. E se chegar após esse horário tem que treinar correndo pois fecha cedo.

Recomendo a academia melhorar as instalações nos banheiro, como por exemplo, colocar cortinas ou portas nos boxes de banho. Apenas 1 box possui cortinas
