★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nota baixa vai para a loja do Rio Sul (não é para a marca). Estive nesta loja para comprar um sérum que sempre usei, mas fui muito mal atendida pela vendedora que desisti da compra. Não piso mais nesta loja! Vou comprar na loja do Barra Shopping!
The low score goes to the Rio Sul store (not for the brand). I was in this store to buy a serum that I always used, but I was very poorly attended by the seller who gave up the purchase. Don't step in this store anymore! I'm going to buy it at the Barra Shopping store!

Confesso que após tantos anos usando Loccitane diariamente no meu dia a dia e tendo visitado a maioria das lojas no RJ e SP nunca fui tão mal atendido como na loja do Rio Sul.
A senhora nos ignorou, quando pedi informações sobre o CADE, ela fingiu não ouvir. Foi blasé, antipática como se eu fosse incompatível com o nível da loja. Levei o óleo de amêndoas da minha filha, sai dali e fui até o Barra Shopping e comprei tudo que precisava, inclusive o CADE e o meu Eav des Bauvx que estava acabando.
Nunca mais piso nessa loja.
The low grade is for the store and not the brand, on the contrary. The brand is 5 stars for sure.
I confess that after so many years using Loccitane daily in my daily life and having visited most stores in RJ and SP, I have never been so poorly served as in the store in Rio Sul.
The lady ignored us, when I asked for information about CADE, she pretended not to listen. It was blasé, obnoxious as if I were incompatible with the level of the store. I took my daughter's almond oil, left and went to Barra Shopping and bought everything I needed, including CADE and my Eav des Bauvx that was running out.
I never step into that store again.
