★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta comunicação com o cliente que fica as cegas, mas ganharam a ação proposta ppr valor superior, e deixo aqui desculpas por agir sem pensar (devido a falta de atendimento) e lembrar a quem for reclamar que tentem primeiro entrar em contato com escritório (se conseguirem) para evitar situações que prejudiquem a firma, desde já, lembro que cliente bem informado não faz @#$_&, informação é um grande aliado do cliente e advogado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me incentivaram a recorrer pra pedir maior indenização, o que não foi aceito pelo juiz. Até o momento o valor ganho (R$5.000,00) não chegou até mim e ainda tenho custas processuais de 1.050,00 para pagar (valor que tenho que me virar para conseguir em 15 dias), além do que já paguei, sem nem ter recebido ainda, fora os honorários advocatícios que ainda vêm para serem pagos. Resumindo: um processo demorado, que no fim não se ganha nada, só estresse.
They encouraged me to appeal to ask for greater compensation, which was not accepted by the judge. So far, the amount earned (R$5,000.00) has not reached me and I still have procedural costs of 1,050.00 to pay (amount that I have to manage to get in 15 days), in addition to what I have already paid, without even having received yet, apart from the legal fees that have yet to be paid. In short: a lengthy process, which in the end is nothing but stress.
