Perdem cliente, que acabam indo para o Lacel com atendimento superior.
Terribly, every time I call to budget for exams, they're in the middle of registration. They should put in a specific person for the telephone answering.
They lose customers who end up going to the Lacel with superior service.

I thought the service was great, attentive professionals, exam prices are good, there is only one wait for the exam results, but nothing that deviates from what is already expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório muito organizado tanto em termos de atendimento quanto na entrega de exames, rapidez e atenção por parte das atendentes, possui banheiros e estacionamento. Preços dos exames compatíveis com a complexidade dos mesmos, mas em geral é um bom preço.
Very organized laboratory both in terms of service and delivery of exams, speed and attention from the attendants, has restrooms and parking. Exam prices are compatible with the complexity of the exams, but in general it is a good price.
