★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei um absurdo a falta de comunicação do lugar. Não explicam direito como funciona, não fazem questão do cliente que está buscando atendimento por convênio. Eu fico imaginando como são atendidos aqueles com pouca instrução.
I found the lack of communication of the place absurd. They do not explain how it works, they do not care about the customer who is seeking assistance by agreement. I wonder how those with little education are served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi ótimo, mas ñ atiantou pq o resultado ñ saiu no horário falado e isso era o mais importante pra mim pois dependo do resultado pra saber se meu avô vai receber plaquetas hj ou ñ. Precisava com URGÊNCIA do resultado.
The service was great, but ñ said because the result ñ came out in the spoken time and that was the most important for me because I depend on the result to know if my grandfather will receive platelets today or ñ. He urgently needed the result.

Obs.eu confio no trabalho da LABO e não queria trocar de laboratório por ser mal atendido

Falta entretenimento a quem espera.
Atendimento rápido, pessoal muito educado. Tem opção de agendamento o que agiliza. Aceita vários planos de saúde e cartão de crédito.
