★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio muito bom, mas deixa a desejar no quesito rapidez na entrega do resultado de exames, principalmente, quando se trata de exames urgentes, como é o caso do PCR covid. Acredito que a entrega deva ser o mais breve possível, para que seja feito o tratamento correto e evitar a disseminação do vírus. O paciente já está ansioso, e a demora aumenta mais essa ansiedade, angústia e medo. Dessa fiquei muito insatisfeita e ansiosa.
Very good laboratory, but lacking in terms of speed in the delivery of test results, especially when it comes to urgent tests, such as the PCR covid. I believe that delivery should be as brief as possible, so that the correct treatment can be carried out and to prevent the spread of the virus. The patient is already anxious, and the delay increases this anxiety, anguish and fear even more. This one I was very dissatisfied and anxious.
