Em ambas, o atendimento no guichê se mostrou um pouco lenta, já o atendimento das profissionais que recolhem o material é excelente, com muito zelo e paciência. A estrutura é excelente! Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senhores, Bom dia. Minha filha esteve na unidade de Laranjeiras hj pela manhã, e aguardou 35 minutos para ser atendida. Isto sem mencionar o tempo de aguardo para coleta do material. Solicito que averiguem a demasia do tempo de espera para atendimento, pois somos clientes do laboratório a bastante tempo e até então, não tivemos este tipo de problema em nenhuma das unidades em que procuramos atendimento, inclusive ontem ela esteve na unidade de Santa Lúcia, que a atendeu com a.costumeira qualidade e agilidade. Tenho o Bioclinico, como laboratório de preferência e referência para minha família e amigos, e sendo assim solicito que averiguem o que ocorreu.

Sirs, Good morning. My daughter was at the Laranjeiras unit in the morning, and waited 35 minutes to be attended. Not to mention the waiting time for the material to be collected. I ask that you find out too much waiting time for service, since we have been clients of the laboratory for a long time and until then, we did not have this type of problem in any of the units in which we seek care, including yesterday she was at the Saint Lucia unit, she attended with the quality and agility. I have Bioclinico, as a laboratory of preference and reference for my family and friends, and so I ask you to find out what happened.

Tive que dar uma estrela pois não permite nenhuma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação a infraestrutura é muito boa. A qualidade de atendimento dos funcionários no exame é ótimo. Porém, me decepcionei muito no quesito atendimento de balcão. Agendei um exame de teste de tolerância a lactose e aparentemente, no dia do exame, descobri que não há agendamento e sim, por ordem de chegada. Para quem está de jejum a 10h e terá que ficar mais 1h30 fazendo o referido exame, isto é um descaso, pois impacta em outros horários, como de entrada no trabalho.
