★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço exames a anos nesse laboratório, mas deixaram a desejar quando fizeram uma propaganda enganosa na rádio. Disseram que se fizesse o exame de sexagem fetal ganharia um kit e uma bolsa quando fizesse todos os exames, eu fiz todos durante a minha gestação e quando fui atrás pra retirar o kit eles informaram que não tinha chego o kit mas que assim que chegasse eles me ligaria. Passaram dias e nada, meu esposo foi lá e deram apenas um kit e que a bolsa ainda não tinha chego, nisso ja passou 1 mês e já estou com meu bebê e nada da bolsa, fui lá novamente e as atendente só me enrolou, disse que iria entrar em contato pra me dar uma resposta da bolsa que fazia parte do kit e nem deram satisfação. Bom só quero alerta a todos que quando eles fizer qualquer propaganda na rádio não acreditam pois eles não cumpre com os kits e brindes que falam que da direito se fizer algo lá.
 I have been examining this laboratory for years, but they left something to be desired when they made a misleading radio advertisement. They said that if I did the fetal sex test I would get a kit and a bag when I did all the exams, I did them all during my pregnancy and when I went back to get the kit they informed me that the kit had not arrived but that as soon as they arrived would call me. Days went by and nothing, my husband went there and gave me only a kit and the bag had not arrived yet, it has already been 1 month and I already have my baby and nothing from the bag, I went there again and the attendant just rolled me up, he said who would get in touch to give me an answer from the bag that was part of the kit and they weren't even satisfied. Well, I just want to alert everyone that when they do any advertising on the radio they don't believe it because they don't comply with the kits and gifts that say that it is right to do something there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame dia 24/06/2020 PCR 19 para Covid, sinceramente devido ao momento que estamos passando o mínimo que se espera é agilidade no retorno do exame, hoje 30 de Junho depois de ligar todos os dias disseram que vão postar, sinceramente se depender desse resultado para tomar providencias acho que não estaria mais aqui, o valor pago não é barato pensem nisso por favor!
I did an exam on 06/24/2020 PCR 19 for Covid, sincerely due to the moment we are passing the minimum that is expected is agility in the return of the exam, today June 30th after calling every day they said they will post, sincerely if depending on this result to take action I think it would not be here anymore, the amount paid is not cheap think about it please!

Terrible attendance!!! I arrived and waited almost 30 minutes.. receptionist did not print a label and here I am waiting.. I do not recommend and would not return to this laboratory
