★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio excelente com um atendimento de qualidade, no entanto, a entrega dos resultados e marcação de exames pela internet deixa muito a desejar. Os referidos sites não funcionam. Te dão uma senha para recebimento de exames, que não adianta, pois a plataforma nunca está disponívrl. Isso tem que ser resolvido.
Excellent laboratory with quality service, however, the delivery of results and scheduling of exams over the internet leaves much to be desired. These sites do not work. They give you a password to receive exams, which is useless, because the platform is never available. This has to be resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre sou bem atendida. As funcionárias da recepção são muito educadas e pacientes. A moça que tira o sangue o faz muito bem, nem dá pra sentir.
I am always well taken care of. Reception staff are very polite and patient. The girl who takes the blood does it very well, you can't even feel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A previsão de resultado é de 3 dias mas é maior mentira. Era pra sair ate ontem e hj encaminharam uma mensagem dizendo q era pra esperar mais 3 dias para sair. Achei péssimo o atendimento tendo em vista a grande demando de exames eu entendo a demora, mas 7 dias é um descaso. NAO FAÇAM EXAME NESSE LABORATÓRIO SE VCS TEM PRESSA.
The result forecast is 3 days but it is a bigger lie. It was to leave until yesterday and today they sent a message saying it was to wait another 3 days to leave. I thought the service was terrible in view of the large demand for exams, I understand the delay, but 7 days is a negligence. DO NOT TAKE AN EXAMINATION IN THIS LABORATORY IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY.
