Hoje não foi diferente. O atendimento impecável da Samanta ao validar/confirmar os exames agendados. E o excelente trabalho da responsável pela triagem e direcionamento de exames no 2° andar.
Bem como o eficiente trabalho do Dr. Luis responsável pelo diagnóstico por imagem e da Dra. Ana ao efetuar majestosamente os eletrocardiogramas.
Muito grato a Equipe da Lâmina Icaraí.

 I was always very well attended at the Unit.
Today was no different. Samanta's impeccable service when validating/confirming scheduled exams. And the excellent work of the person responsible for screening and directing exams on the 2nd floor.
As well as the efficient work of Dr. Luis responsible for imaging diagnosis and of Dr. Ana majestically performing the electrocardiograms.
Very grateful to the Icaraí Blade Team.

Estive hj na unidade da Otávio Carneiro, simplesmente ocorreu uma demora no Guilherme para autorização com a Golden.
Ao finalizar a entrega do material, foi outra demora.
Simplesmente o sistema NÃO abria.
Surreal a espera.
Uma bagunça.
Lamentável o tempo de espera no atendimento.

I was today at the Otávio Carneiro unit, there was simply a delay in Guilherme for authorization with Golden.
When finalizing the delivery of the material, there was another delay.
The system simply did NOT open.
Surreal the wait.
A mess.
The waiting time for the service is regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um exame ERGOMETRICO, e fui obrigado a fazer de máscara. O exame durou 2 minutos porque nem Super Homem ia conseguir correr sem respirar, coitado do meu plano que pagou por isso.. Nunca mais volto
I went for an ERGOMETRIC exam, and I was forced to wear a mask. The exam lasted 2 minutes because not even Superman could run without breathing, poor thing my plan paid for it.. I'll never go back

Liguei outra vez e a atendente informou que as orientações estavam erradas. Como se pode confiar num laboratório que comete um erro grave como este?
I scheduled a blood test for my husband, among them, for potassium, and they sent by email, instructions that were absurdly in disagreement with the same. I called again and the attendant said the directions were wrong. How can you trust a laboratory that makes a serious mistake like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nossa experiência nesse laboratório foi péssima, minha filha fez o teste na quarta feira dia 06/01 para COVID e ate hoje dia 10/01 não tem o resultado.Acontece que ela esta isolada no quarto sem poder sair porque aguarda o resultado. Já madaram email remarcando a data de entrega mas não fo1 cumprido o prazo que eles marcaram. Se der negativo pedeu 6 dias trancada e prstivaente fez i isolamento sem estar positiva.
Um absurdo! uma falta de respeito com o cliente, nunca mais uso os serviços desse laboatorio.
Our experience in this laboratory was terrible, my daughter took the test on Wednesday 01/06 for COVID and until today 01/10 there is no result. It happens that she is isolated in her room without being able to leave because she is waiting for the result. They have already sent an email rescheduling the delivery date but the deadline they set was not met. If it comes out negative, she asked for 6 days locked up and proactively did the isolation without being positive.
An absurdity! a lack of respect with the customer, I will never use the services of this lab again.
