★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade fraca, sem o menor respeito com o cliente. Uma Ressonância o resultado sair em 15 dias é um absurdo. Vc pava pelo serviço e é mau atendida. Atendimento telefônico péssima, não sabem responder nenhum das suas perguntas, fora que vc passa o dia todo ligando e ninguém atende. Descaso total.
 Weak unit, no respect for the customer. A Resonance the result comes out in 15 days is absurd. You pave for the service and you are poorly attended. Terrible phone service, they don't know how to answer any of your questions, apart from you spend all day calling and no one answers. Total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado! Mas o pior está sendo para conseguir a nota fiscal do exame que paguei particular! Já liguei 7 vezes, dei 2 e-mails diferentes e até agora nada! Muito insatisfeita!
Long service! But the worst is being to get the invoice for the exam that I paid privately! I've called 7 times, given 2 different emails and still nothing! Very dissatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo!! Meu bebê de 11 meses com exame marcado, em jejum mais de 3 horas e quase 1 hora atrasado do horário do exame. Desisti do exame e fui embora. Pagamos caro de plano de saúde para passar por essa situação. O consumidor é uma piada para essas grandes empresas. Vergonha!!!!
An absurdity!! My 11 month old baby with an exam scheduled, fasting for more than 3 hours and almost 1 hour late for the exam. I dropped out of the exam and left. We pay dearly for health insurance to go through this situation. The consumer is a joke to these big companies. Shame!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje por volta das 13:30 realizei um contato com o CDPI para marcação de uma ultrassonografia de mamas. Fui atendida por uma atendente que se identificou como Talita. Ao pedir os dados da carteirinha, a atendente foi extremamente grossa, impaciente com o fato de eu não ter entendido com clareza qual informação sobre o plano ela estava pedindo. Ao final foi extremamente irônica ao informar que o meu plano de saúde não é mais aceito no CDPI. Sempre escolhi essa unidade para exames e foi uma decepção ser atendida desta forma num momento de incertezas pelo qual estou passando. É necessário treinar melhor os funcionários para o atendimento ao público.
Today around 1:30 pm I made a contact with the CDPI to schedule a breast ultrasound. I was attended by an attendant who identified herself as Talita. When asking for the card details, the attendant was extremely rude, impatient with the fact that I didn't clearly understand what information about the plan she was asking for. In the end, it was extremely ironic to inform that my health plan is no longer accepted in the CDPI. I always chose this unit for exams and it was a disappointment to be treated this way at a time of uncertainty that I am going through. It is necessary to better train employees to serve the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado e demorado. Cheio de burocracias, com pouca informação. Nao ha senhas para atendimento, depois de horas no local eu estava informando aos pacientes que entravam como proceder. Cheguei muito antes do horário marcado para agilizar e só fui atendida na recepção meia hora antes do procedimento. E para reali O exame fui atendida 1:30 depois, ou seja… passei horas no ambiente fechado e cheio da clínica. Só posso elogiar a enfermeira Nausna e o Dr Hilbert, pois o restante foi muito abaixo da qualidade esperada no cdpi.
Very disorganized and time consuming. Full of bureaucracy, with little information. There are no passwords for attendance, after hours at the place I was informing patients who came in how to proceed. I arrived long before the scheduled time to speed up and was only attended at reception half an hour before the procedure. And to perform the exam I was attended 1:30 later, that is… I spent hours in the closed and crowded environment of the clinic. I can only praise Nurse Nausna and Dr Hilbert as the rest was far below the expected quality on the cdpi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento da recepção e do “líder” Fabiano é péssimo. Minha esposa está grávida e todas as vezes passam na frente dela na recepção, aguardamos mais de 1 hora para fazermos os exames… no dia 8/4 após pessoas passarem na frente dela como das outras vezes ela foi na recepção reclamar, eu já havia reclamado. A única coisa que falaram foi “ a senhora será a próxima”. Nenhuma satisfação com o cliente. Após ela ligar para a central o líder Fabiano que acompanhou tudo sem falar nada resolveu se apresentar. Após minha esposa reclamar ele disse que “ela não precisava ensinar o trabalho dele”. Só dei 2 estrelas porque os médicos são bons.
Unfortunately, the service at the reception and the “leader” Fabiano is terrible. My wife is pregnant and every time they pass in front of her at the reception, we wait more than 1 hour to do the exams... on the 8/4th, after people passed in front of her like the other times she went to the reception to complain, I had already complained . The only thing they said was "you will be next". No customer satisfaction. After she called the center, the leader Fabiano, who followed everything without saying anything, decided to introduce himself. After my wife complained he said "she didn't need to teach his work". I only gave it 2 stars because the doctors are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Fui muito mal atendida na recepção com minha filhinha. Ela ia realizar os exames e me pediram os documentos dela e 1 meu. Dei meu CPF mas a recepcionista, de forma bem antipática me disse que tinha que ter foto. Como minha identidade venceu e estou em processo de renovação, não tinha documento com foto. Mas ela insistiu e eu disse que não tinha. Aí começou o problema! Ela me disse que não ia realizar os exames e que eu DEVERIA SABER que tenho que levar documento com foto! Avisei que em.nenhum momento à clinica me enviou mensagem ou e-mail avisando disso, apenas pedirem documento da minha filha, guias dos exames e carteira do plano dela. Pasmem! Ela insistia dizendo que a culpa era minha e que eu teria que reagendar tudo de novo, na certa, demorando 1 mês para conseguir. Chamei a gerente e ela trouxe o mesmo discurso! Em nenhum momento pediu desculpas pelp ERRO DA CLINICA. Ela me disse que eu sendo mãe, deveria saber disso!!! Surreal!!! Fiquei indignada, nervosa, tive que gritar pois foram mais de 15 minutos ouvindo esses impropérios! Só resolvi porque eu tinha uma carteira antiga na casa dos meus pais e minha irmã enviou foto. Não ouvi 1 vez um pedido de desculpas. Os técnicos e a médica muito atenciosos me atenderam muito bem. Mas as recepcionistas são péssimas!!! Se Deus quiser, não voltou jamais!!!
Awful!!! I was treated very poorly at the reception with my little daughter. She was going to perform the exams and they asked me for her documents and mine. I gave my CPF but the receptionist, in a very unfriendly way, told me that I had to have a photo. As my ID expired and I am in the process of renewing it, I did not have a photo ID. But she insisted and I said I didn't. That's when the problem started! She told me she wasn't going to take the exams and that I SHOULD KNOW that I have to bring a photo ID! I warned that at no time did the clinic send me a message or e-mail advising this, they only asked for my daughter's document, exam guides and her plan portfolio. stunned! She insisted that it was my fault and that I would have to reschedule everything again, probably taking 1 month to get it. I called the manager and she brought the same speech! At no time did he apologize for the CLINIC ERROR. She told me that as a mother, I should know that!!! Surreal!!! I was indignant, nervous, I had to scream because it was more than 15 minutes listening to these insults! I only solved it because I had an old wallet at my parents' house and my sister sent a photo. I haven't heard an apology once. The technicians and the very attentive doctor took care of me very well. But the receptionists are terrible!!! God willing, he never came back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na unidade Icaraí 512 e entendo perfeitamente as reclamações das pessoas e a avaliação baixa dessa clínica aqui no Google...não posso me queixar da médica que fez meu exame (ela não se identificou e não consta o nome dela no meu protocolo do exame) e nem da funcionária Carla (acho que é enfermeira) que me chamou e auxiliou na sala do exame, mas os funcionários da recepção são MAL PREPARADOS E MAL EDUCADOS!!! Não dá pra entender com tanta gente desempregada no Brasil pq botam gente que não gosta de atendimento ao público! Eu poderia fazer várias observações aqui mas não vou perder meu tempo, só sei que CDPI UNIDADE NITEROI NUNCA MAIS! Nas unidades do RJ o atendimento sempre foi bom, espero que continue.
I was at the Icaraí 512 unit today and I perfectly understand people's complaints and the low rating of this clinic here on Google... exam) and neither from the employee Carla (I think she is a nurse) who called me and helped me in the exam room, but the reception staff are POORLY PREPARED AND POORLY EDUCATED!!! I can't understand with so many unemployed people in Brazil because they put people who don't like public service! I could make several observations here but I won't waste my time, I just know that CDPI UNIT NITEROI NEVER AGAIN! At the RJ units, the service has always been good, I hope it continues.
