The laboratory service is excellent, but so far I'm calling and it's been 45 minutes and it's only been busy! Tried several times just busy. What makes the line get stuck like that for so long?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exames demoram demais para liberarem e eles não conseguem explicar pq está demorando. Decepção! Estou esperando há 2 semanas exames simples como colesterol e até agora nada. Se nem isso conseguem fazer, imagina a confiabilidade do resultado.
Exams take too long to release and they can't explain why it's taking so long. Disappointment! I have been waiting for 2 weeks for simple tests such as cholesterol and so far nothing. If they can't even do that, imagine the reliability of the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problemas com esse laboratório. Pra mim sempre funcionou muito bem. Todos os exames que eu faço de manhã, a maioria ficam prontos no mesmo dia, à tarde pela internet. Tudo que eu pergunto pelo wats, sempre me respondem. Pra mim nota 10. E é tudo pelo SUS.
I've never had any problems with this lab. For me it always worked very well. All the exams I do in the morning, most are ready on the same day, in the afternoon via the internet. Everything I ask on wats, they always answer me. For me, it's a 10. And it's all for the SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um descaso com os idosos a senha preferencial não funciona vc chega c idoso com dor debilitado dificuldade de ficar muito tempo sentado e espera mais de 1 hora e só um balcão atende preferencial, o certo seria não ter preferencial porque essa senha acaba esquecida e sobrecarrega uma atendente Infelizmente uma dó de ver os idosos de muleta com varias dificuldade espera assim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fato de não ter 5 estrelas é por causa da demora e o local ser muito pequeno para quantidade de pessoas que vão lá todos os dias, mas o atendimento é bom, a enfermeira educada, tudo normal como de costume.
