My experience in this lab was great! All the staff are very attentive, polite and kind. I was nervous at the time of the exam and I was very welcomed by them. I recommend this location to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 7:20 da manhã e nunca que me chamava para a coleta , fui ver oq estava acontecendo a moça simplesmente esqueceu de por meu nome na lista, e pra finalizar máquina de café desligada , um laboratório desse tamanho parecendo buteco de rodoviária.
I arrived at 7:20 in the morning and never called me for collection, I went to see what was happening, the girl simply forgot to put my name on the list, and to finish off the coffee machine, a laboratory this size looking like a bus station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De um conjunto de 32 exames, 10 ainda não saíram o resultado msm depois do prazo máximo, q já era longo. Estou falando de exames simples, como ldl, hdl, vldl, tsh... Agora vou ter q ligar lá e entender o q está acontecendo.
Out of a set of 32 exams, 10 still did not have the msm result after the maximum deadline, q was already long. I'm talking about simple exams, like ldl, hdl, vldl, tsh... Now I'll have to call there and understand what's going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você fica por 12 horas de jejum chega no laboratório e enfrenta uma fila de 30minutos, depois dessa fila você recebe outra senha, e lá se vai mais meia hora de espera, pouco funcionário pra muito cliente.
You fast for 12 hours, arrive at the laboratory and face a 30-minute queue, after this queue you receive another password, and there goes another half hour of waiting, few employees for many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado mesmo com pouca gente, os atendentes não sabem passar as informações corretas, levando a 3 coletas inúteis no meu filho de 2 anos. Não recomendo e não volto mais.
Long service even with few people, the attendants do not know how to give the correct information, leading to 3 useless collections in my 2 year old son. I don't recommend and won't be back.
