Alguns podem achar que não é mais que obrigação, porém sabemos como é difícil o atendimento nós locais onde é do governo a administração; Eu vi, funcionários atenciosos, cordiais , satisfeitos com o seu trabalho. Fui muito bem atendida. Ambiente limpo, ordeiro, organizado, que não perde nada pra clínicas particulares. Parabéns aos envolvidos e a Secretária de Saúde de São João de Meriti, até que em fim algo pra nós orgulhamos.
Guys, I am very happy and grateful to God for having gone to this laboratory. Some may think that it is nothing more than an obligation, but we know how difficult it is to provide services in places where the administration belongs to the government; I saw, attentive, cordial employees, satisfied with their work. I was very well taken care of. Clean, orderly, organized environment that doesn't lose anything to private clinics. Congratulations to those involved and the Secretary of Health of São João de Meriti, until finally something for us to be proud of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer exame, com encaminhamento médico em mãos, até fui atendimento por uma funcionária super gentil, mas como eu estava passando muito mal com suspeita de dengue e não poderia realizar o exame, pois conforme informado encerra, às 9h. Então questionei que se dependesse do setor público a pessoa morre, uma outra funcionária que não participava da conversa me olhou com com cara de deboche, e com tom de arrogância e disse "é poder ser", eu disse: como? Ela, é pode ser PODE MORRER, estou até agora sem acreditar que ouvi isso, ela se identificou como Rosana Lopes, se este for mesmo o nome dela, ela aparenta ter uns 40 anos, cabelo preto e cor branca, cheguei no local, por volta das 9h e 30min, do dia 13/05/2022. A Prefeitura tem que começar a mandar fiscais para verificar o atendimento desse pessoal, se não sabe trabalhar com Público, dê espaço aos que realmente sabem e precisam do emprego.
I went for an exam, with a medical referral in hand, I was even attended by a super kind employee, but as I was feeling very sick with suspected dengue and couldn't perform the exam, because as informed, it ends at 9 am. So I asked that if it was up to the public sector the person dies, another employee who was not participating in the conversation looked at me with a mocking face, and with a tone of arrogance and said "it's being able to be", I said: how? She, it can be CAN DIE, I still can't believe I heard that, she identified herself as Rosana Lopes, if that's her name, she looks like she's about 40 years old, black hair and white, I arrived at the place, for around 9:30 am on 05/13/2022. The City Hall has to start sending inspectors to check the service of these people, if they don't know how to work with Público, give space to those who really know and need the job.
