Vale ressaltar a falta de experiência da enfermeira assistente wm colher sangue , furou todo o braço para encontrar veia...e aí ainda disse que hoje não é o "dia dela".
Conclusão : hematomas e dor na musculatura do braço !!!
Por favor verifiquem a formação dos seus profissionais .

I took the test on 16/10/20 and so far I have not received the result, very time consuming!
It is worth mentioning the assistant nurse's lack of experience when collecting blood, punctured her whole arm to find a vein ... and then she said that today is not her "day".
Conclusion: bruises and pain in the arm muscles !!!
Please check the training of your professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer exame de covid, todos os 3 atendentes sem luvas para retirar o sangue. Acho que, em plena pandemia, é o mínimo de higiene necessário para realizar exame. Fora a falta de experiência em retirar sangue da minha bebê, entendo a dificuldade...mas né... em vez de furar e ficar cutucando com a agulha..melhor ter certeza.. sei que é possível um melhor atendimento.
I went to take the covid exam, all 3 attendants without gloves to take the blood. I think that, in the middle of a pandemic, it is the minimum hygiene necessary to perform the exam. Aside from the lack of experience in drawing blood from my baby, I understand the difficulty ... but you know ... instead of pricking and poking with the needle ... better be sure ... I know that better care is possible.
