On-site service was good, but the issue of delivering results was to be desired. Ask for an appointment for lack of test results.

Very slow reception. The systems could already be faster to register exams. Few boxes working. We lost a whole morning to take the exams.

I liked the service, but I was given an exam result deadline of up to 16:00 hours and after I called I was told to wait until 22:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo em atender o telefone, estou a dois dias ligando para marcar exames e nada ??... Não sei para que tantas cabines de atendimentos se si funcionam 2 e olhe lá 3, tomando tornando lento o atendimento fazendo a pessoa perder a metade do dia na espera.
Terrible to answer the phone, I've been calling for two days to schedule exams and nothing ??... I don't know why so many service booths if they work 2 and look there 3, slowing down the service making the person lose half of the day in waiting.
