★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você tem que chegar antes de ontem pra ser chamado depois de amanhã. Cheguei 6:19 e tinha apenas 1 pessoa na minha frente pra exame de análises clínicas. São 06:43 e ainda estou aguardando enquanto a atendente mexe no celular, levanta, vai aqui, vai ali… isso é um DESRESPEITO.
 You have to arrive before yesterday to be called the day after tomorrow. I arrived at 6:19 and there was only 1 person in front of me for the clinical analysis exam. It's 6:43 am and I'm still waiting while the attendant fiddles with her cell phone, gets up, goes here, goes there... this is DISrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Cheguei 14:20 na clinica e estava marcado para 15:10. São 16:15 da tarde e até agora não realizei o exame. Sendo que está vazio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito complicado fazer exames no Labs. Atendentes são mal atenciosos, demoram muito pra atender, ficam mais tempo conversando do que trabalhando. Não indico.
Very complicated to take exams in Labs. Attendants are not very attentive, they take a long time to answer, they spend more time talking than working. I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 07/12 cheguei ao Lab's de Madureira com atraso. Sim, um trânsito horrível por causa da chuva. Estou com quase 9 meses de gestação e não quiseram me atender. Vieram falar do tempo de atraso, então eu vou falar do de vocês! Porque VOCÊS podem deixar gestante esperando mais de 1h na sala de espera NO MEIO DE UMA PANDEMIA para fazer exame mesmo sendo horário marcado né?! Mas a gente não pode atrasar. Atrasou uma hora a recepcionista já arregala os olhos né e liga pra saber se o médico pode/quer atender. Hipócritas! Agora a gente ficar as vezes até sem lugar pra sentar no laboratório lotado isso ninguém resolve né? Nós clientes não também temos compromisso!
Today 12/07 I arrived at the Lab's de Madureira late. Yes, horrible traffic because of the rain. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and they didn't want to see me. You came to talk about the delay time, so I'll talk about yours! Because YOU can leave pregnant women waiting more than 1 hour in the waiting room IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC to have an exam even though it's an appointment, right?! But we cannot delay. It was an hour late, the receptionist already opens her eyes wide and calls to see if the doctor can/want to attend. Hypocrites! Now, sometimes we even have no place to sit in the crowded laboratory, that nobody solves, right? We customers are not committed either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de atendimento péssimo. Desrespeitoso. Não atendem com a hora marcada . Agendei um horário pela central , enviei e-mail do pedido médico conforme solicitado , recebi o token de autorização da Amil e recebi WhatsApp do Labs confirmando . Até aí tudo bem , primeiro atendimento rápido, porém na hora do exame à espera foi de 2:30 minutos , isso porque tinha marcado hora .
Terrible customer service. Disrespectful. They don't answer by appointment. I scheduled an appointment through the center, sent the medical request email as requested, received the authorization token from Amil and received WhatsApp from Labs confirming it. So far so good, first quick service, but at the time of the exam the wait was 2:30 minutes, that's because I had an appointment.

As vezes o médico nem está no local para fazer o exame e eles vão colocando mais..
Absurdo exame agendado esperar quase 1hr...
Cuidado nenhum c o cliente. Estamos em meio a uma pandemia e sempre está cheio.

Absurd exam scheduled to wait almost 1hr...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Labs de todas. Estou gestante e minha gravidez é de risco. Todos os exames eu realizo na Labs só que em outra unidade que é mil vezes melhor que essa. Estava com o exame de Ecocardiograma fetal marcado as 16:40, quando me ligaram para confirmar, informei que provavelmente chegaria um pouco atrasada mas que sairia mais cedo do trabalho. Cheguei exatamente as 16:43 na Labs de madureira e assim que cheguei uma recepcionista me chamou e informou que o médico simplesmente tinha ido embora e que eu deveria ter chego com 30 minutos de antecedência. Isso não existe, isso nunca aconteceu comigo em NENHUMA labs. O pior disso tudo é que elas nem pra tentar remarcar ou verificar outro médico disponível para o exame, simplesmente mandaram eu ligar para a central. Infelizmente só tinha vaga para esta unidade mas eu só realizo exames na do Méier que é MIL VEZES melhor que a de Madureira em todos os sentidos, desde ao atendimento da recepção até a entrega dos exames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um exame pelo telefone e passei todas as informações detalhadas do pedido. Além disso enviei por e-mail e WhatsApp a foto do pedido. Cheguei no dia agendado e a recepcionista disse que a atendente agendou o exame errado. Em vez de usg transvaginal com vários detalhes agendou a usg obstétrica. Deixei claro desde o agendamento e no dia do atendimento que precisaria fazer o exame pois era até a 13º semana de gravidez. A recepcionista super solícita disse que iria ver com a médica se ela faria mesmo assim. Eu, certa de que a médica entenderia que o erro foi do laboratório e não meu e que existia uma urgência no exame, aguardei. Para minha surpresa a médica se recusou a fazer o exame alegando que era mais demorado que aquele que constava cadastrado pela atendente e não tinha disponibilidade de agendamento para o dia seguinte, apenas para semanas depois quando este tipo de exame não poderia mais ser realizado devido ao avanço gestacional. Pedi o nome da médica e me disseram que era Marcela Davi (ou David).
