★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na hora de vender, mil maravilhas. Sapato com algumas horas de uso, rasgou na lateral, qualidade de sapato que nunca vi tão ruim assim.
18 de abril deixei o sapato na loja, esperando uma devida troca, pois seria o mínimo a fazer, pois o sapato teve umas 8 horas de uso.
25 de abril, fui na loja ver como estava o andamento do sapato, estava no mesmo lugar, guardado no balcão da loja.
03/05 mais uma fui até a loja verificar se estava pronto, não me deram respostas.
10/05 me mandaram mensagem sobre promoção da loja, porque pra isso dão atenção, perguntei do meu sapato e me informaram que o gerente estava de folga e só ele cuida dessa parte.
Resumindo: foi a pior loja de atendimento ao cliente que entrei até hoje, não indico ninguém, péssima!!!
Terrible service, when selling, a thousand wonders. Shoe with a few hours of use, tore on the side, shoe quality I've never seen so bad.
April 18 I left the shoe at the store, waiting for a proper exchange, as it would be the least to do, as the shoe had about 8 hours of use.
April 25th, I went to the store to see how the shoe was doing, it was in the same place, kept on the store counter.
03/05 one more I went to the store to check if it was ready, they didn't give me any answers.
05/10 they sent me a message about the store's promotion, because they pay attention to that, I asked about my shoes and they informed me that the manager was off and only he takes care of that part.
In short: it was the worst customer service store I've ever entered, I don't recommend anyone, terrible!!!
