As atendentes da loja são simpáticas, porém claramente não estão preparadas para atender as clientes.
Percebi que em outras lojas da Loungerie, as atendentes estão sempre andando com fita métrica por perto, e logo que entro na loja elas perguntam se já sei minhas medidas.
Enfim, com as antendentes despreparadas da loja do Plaza Sul eu acabei comprando um sutiã apertado que chegou a me dar dor nas costas. Eu tinha percebido que estava apertado, a atendente viu e falou que ele iria lacear, mas isso não aconteceu. Claramente a medida estava errada, e indo em outra loja da Loungerie isso só foi confirmado para mim.
I had never bought anything from the Loungerie brand before, I made my first purchase at the Shopping Plaza Sul store.
The store attendants are friendly, but clearly not prepared to serve customers.
I noticed that in other Loungerie stores, the attendants are always walking around with a tape measure, and as soon as I enter the store they ask if I already know my measurements.
Anyway, with the unprepared attendants of the Plaza Sul store I ended up buying a tight bra that gave me back pain. I had noticed that it was tight, the attendant saw it and said that it would tear, but that didn't happen. Clearly the measurement was wrong, and going to another Loungerie store this was only confirmed for me.
