★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitaram o prazo (atraso de 10 dias) , prometeram montagem na entrega, que era mentira, pois houve atraso do montador também, que instalou os moveis de maneira incorreta, com peças posicionadas tortas e inclinadas. Não recomendo
They did not respect the deadline (delay of 10 days), they promised assembly in the delivery, which was a lie, because there was delay of the assembler also, who installed the furniture in an incorrect way, with parts positioned crooked and inclined. I do not recommend

Fiz uma compra de uma mesa auxiliar com o vendedor Leonardo no dia 16/11 pagando a 1 X4 parcela em TED e até agora não recebi os boletos subsequentes e muito menos a mesa auxiliar q comprei. Contactei esse vendedor que não responde mais e também contactei a funcionária do setor de produção Veronica ,q ficou de resolver a situação é até agora nada!!
Estou decepcionado e apreensivo com esta firma.Peçopublicamente q q possam me dar uma resolução mais rápida possível!

Good evening! I made a purchase of an auxiliary table with the seller Leonardo on 11/16 paying the 1 X4 installment in TED and until now I have not received the subsequent slips and much less the auxiliary table I bought. I contacted this salesman who is no longer responding and I also contacted the production sector employee Veronica, who was left to resolve the situation so far nothing!
I am disappointed and apprehensive with this firm. Ask me publicly that they can give me a resolution as soon as possible!

Passados 5 meses, apenas nesta segunda quinzena de Maio/2022 os móveis foram entregues parcialmente, depois de muita cobrança, e sem a montagem, pois algumas partes estão com as dimensões erradas.
We bought several pieces of furniture to assemble our new store in January, with payment for the bespoke furniture made in 4 installments, with delivery time of 60 days.
After 5 months, only in this second half of May / 2022 the furniture was partially delivered, after a lot of charge, and without assembly, because some parts have the wrong dimensions.
