★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a clínica às 08:04, pois precisava consultar meu gato. Telefone desligado, mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp também estava desligado, mandei mensagem pelo Instagram, só fui ser respondida 08:35 pelo Instagram, pois o telefone ainda estava desligado.
Se você não atende seus clientes, eles vão para outro local que atenda! Fui indicada a vocês, não conheço a Lambejo e já tenho uma má impressão, por falta de atendimento.
Sei que imprevistos acontecem, mas é a 2° vez que tento atendimento e o tempo de resposta é superior a 30 minutos.
Provavelmente não precisam de clientes.
I called the clinic at 8:04 am as I needed to see my cat. Phone turned off, I sent a message on WhatsApp it was also off, I sent a message on Instagram, I was only answered at 8:35 am by Instagram, because the phone was still off.
