Best ramen I’ve ever had!

Amazing spot! I had their chicken ramen and mini gyozas and it was delicious. Probably one of the best ramens I’ve ever had. Make sure to ask for their chili, it’s really good.

I wanted to like this place, but my ramen was not good. The meats and eggs in my ramen were super cold (refrigerator cold). The broth was not good. My boyfriend’s pad thai was decently good. The buns were the only thing I enjoyed.

It is down an alley from the main road. Great selection of ramen. I got a shoyo pork and was the right amount of pork. The noodles are thick which I do prefer from the skinny ones. Pork was soft and it had some vegetables too as well. Small place, looks like they do more take out but I was able to eat at one of their small tables.

Absolutely the best bun Boa and Ramen I’ve had! Fresh veggies, amazing flavor, the staff was amazing. It was so good I really don’t want to chance another establishment letting me down. The area is well lit and protected from the busy street. I will be back soon, so, see you there!

Well, it has nothing to do with Japanese (Asian) food and ramen is not even a r of it. I ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp and all the veggies inside was ? and some lettuce. Ramen was made of noodles to go (the one you buy as fast food in market) and the only veggies there was lettuce! That is something you don’t ever put in a ramen. No coriander, no sprouts etc. Nada. The prices on the other side are very high. Won’t go there again.

Was craving a more relaxed ramen dinner, similar to the ones I'm used to in NYC. Just me, solo, and a bowl of delicious ramen, no fancy frills. This place gave me what I was looking for. The vibes are definitely hole-in-the-wall / local but in a great way. There's no indoor seating (but a nice big awning in case of rain), with several two-seater tables out into a well lit plaza with artistic graffiti on the opposite wall. I had the pork belly bun and shrimp summer roll to start. The bun was excellent with a nice ratio between bun and pork, and the pork itself holding its place as star nicely in the mouth. I wish I ordered two. The summer roll was a bit plain on the shrimp side but the veggies inside tasted crisp and fresh. As for the star of the show and the namesake of the restaurant, I had no quibbles. This is a solid ramen offering, especially for Rio. I ordered the pork belly, their standard. Broth was nicely rounded: flavorful without being too salty. I finished the whole bowl but didn't feel too stuffed by the end. I highly recommend this place.

Simply the best food I’ve eaten in Rio. Everything is made in house and is exceptionally good. The service is amazing, the setting is perfect for a casual ramen place, the prices are very reasonable considering how much work and effort goes into this food. I would eat there every day if I could.
