Pedimos comida japones, e nao nos trouxeram shoyo, pedimos para 3 atendentes diferente para no fim da refeição chegar um garrafinha que nao tinha o molho suficiente para 2 pessoas. O tartar veio sem o crispy, ao perguntar para a tendente ela disse q nao sabia se estava no cardapio mas ia ver, nunca mais voltou com a resposta.
Iamos pedir mais um prato, mas a demora foi tanta para conseguir um garçom que aproveitamo para pedir a conta para evitar mais demora
Place could be amazing, but the service is terrible.
We ordered Japanese food, and they didn't bring us shoyo, we asked 3 different attendants to arrive at the end of the meal with a little bottle that didn't have enough sauce for 2 people. The tartar came without the crispy, when asking the attendant she said she didn't know if it was on the menu but she would see, she never came back with the answer.
We were going to order another dish, but it took so long to get a waiter that we took the opportunity to ask for the bill to avoid further delay.

Amazing place, good tables, OK food, average service (friendly but not efficient, they forgot two orders), high price.

Watch out, this place tries to trick tourists! I ordered a capuchino, they said the machine was broken but they will find a solution. They brought me an espresso and seperately a cup of milk. In the end, they wanted me to pay with card without showing me the how much it was - they charged me two capuchinos...
