★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet quando funciona é Boa, mas deixam a desejar no atendimento, ficam de dar resposta é não dão, marcam hora para fazer acesso remoto e deixam esperando, uma pena mesmo, estou muito decepcionado com eles, estou tendo prejuízos com minha empresa por falta de suporte, não são transparentes. Comecei sendo clientes deles desde o início, procuram novos clientes e esquecem aqueles que apoiaram eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior servidor de internet que já tive! atendimento amador e debochado, acha que sabe tudo atrás de um computador, a internet cai e a culpa é da Google (acreditem!!!), culpa do seu roteador, ou da parede! Enfim fujam dessa furada!
O cara ainda diz que nunca fui cliente hahahahaha, vocês levaram meu roteador e ainda queriam cobrar 120,00 por um Intelbrás simplezinho, ainda foi uma luta pra devolverem meu roteador...
Enfim a um bom tempo já nem ouço falar... e pelo jeito deve estar correndo atrás de melhorar avaliação porque só agora foi olhar a avaliação da empresa, espero que te ajude a melhorar.

Eu só continuo utilizando pq é a única fibra óptica que passa no meu bairro. Os meninos que vieram instalar super gentis e muito atenciosos porém a Internet deixa muito a desejar. Nesse exato momento estou utilizando meus dados móveis pq ela simplesmente parou de pegar. A uns dias atrás fiquei sem Internet quase 4 dias. Eu tenho aula online e perdi por conta disso, eu só dei 1 estrela pq não tem a opção de "não dá nenhuma estrela" pq se tivesse com certeza eu daria. Espero que os responsáveis vejam isso e melhorem, pq na minha outra Internet eu pagava 10 mega era uma maravilha, hoje pago 50 mega chega nem aos pés.
Edit: está no nome da minha mãe, joana Castro, mas quem fez o contato foi eu, quem mais usa é eu e meus irmãos. Então sim, eu tenho autoridade pra dar uma avaliação.

I just keep using it because it is the only optical fiber that passes through my neighborhood. The boys who came to install super kind and very attentive but the Internet leaves a lot to be desired. Right now I'm using my mobile data because it just stopped picking up. A few days ago I was without Internet almost 4 days. I have an online class and I lost it because of that, I only gave 1 star because I don’t have the option of "doesn’t give any stars" because if I had for sure I would. I hope that those responsible see this and get better, because on my other Internet I paid 10 mega it was wonderful, today I pay 50 mega enough.
Edit: it's in my mother's name, joana Castro, but I made the contact, the one who uses it most is me and my brothers. So yes, I have the authority to give an assessment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que no início estava meio desconfiada quanto ao serviço devido aos comentários, mesmo assim decidi arriscar e migrar para a internet da Lan. Olha aqui em casa antes meu tvbox travava direto, fora as inúmeras quedas, depois que contratei a Lan Telecom meus problemas acabaram, agora consigo transmitir minhas aulas sem problemas de travamento. Durante este 1 ano em que uso o serviço a internet nunca parou...
Não tenho dor de cabeça, quanto ao atendimento não posso avaliar, nunca precisei contactar!

I don't have a headache, I can't evaluate the service, I never needed to contact you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So estou dando 5 estrelas graças a 2 funcionarios que mesmo fora do seu horario de serviço vieram ate minha residencia e com muito empenho e determinaçao fizeram de tudo para resolver meu problema de falta de internet diga-se de passagem que ja ia fazer 3 dias sem internet e quando entrei em contato com a central infelismente não conseguir resolver nada, e foi através de uma visinha que conseguiu contato com esses colaboradores e explicou a situação que finalmente conseguir uma resposta positiva

Só contrate o serviço se de fato não houver nenhuma outra em sua região, e se contratar já compre alguns remédios pra dor de cabeça e outros pra ajudar na paciência. Ahhh e já contrata um pacote de dados bom De sua operadora telefônica, pq o sinal de internet vai cair e vai te deixar na mão.

Estão perdendo credibilidade com essas respostas sem sentido de vcs. Inclusive é bem tendencioso o comentário que tem de gnt que faz parte do quadro da empresa(comentário positivo, é claro).
Internet fluctuates too much, keeps giving problem in the signal. Only hire the service if in fact there is no other service in your region, and if you do, buy some medicines for headaches and others to help with patience. Ahhh and already hire a good data package From your telephone company, because the internet signal will drop and will let you down.
