★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cabelo na quarentena, pedi para terce e reforça a tela para não perder cabelo, o motoqueiro me entregou em casa, no outro dia coloquei, porém começou a soltar muitos fios, entrei em contato com a vendendo e foi na loja para mostrar , tiraram a tela, reforçaram a custura, fizeram que o cabelo estava embolado por isso poderia está acontecendo isso, no mesmo dia começou a soltar os fios novamente, mandei mensagem, comprei uma escova para pentear específica e mesmo assim continua,só uso cabelo com trança, perdi um bico , como está soltando fios , foi na comida.
Eles simplesmente falaram que como não guardei os fios, algo de errado tem. Estou disponível para quem quiser ver meu cabelo.
Eles não cuidam alto estima de mulheres, simplesmente acabam com ela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do atendimento ser excelente os cabelos não condizem com que é vendido ao consumidor, pois, são mistos (naturai×orgânicos). Os cabelos super embolam, então por curiosidade peguei um fio cuja textura estava diferente e coloquei fogo, não deu outra, ele derreteu igual sacola plástica.
Fiz o teste por duas vezes e o resultado foi o mesmo. Os cabelos até que são bonitos, porém, e melhor comprar em um lugar que haja com honestidade, por que ou se vende cabelos humanos de verdade ou se vende mistos ou orgânicos com o conhecimento do cliente.
Although the service is excellent, the hair does not match what is sold to the consumer, as it is mixed (natural/organic). The hair is super tangled, so out of curiosity I took a thread whose texture was different and set it on fire, there was no other way, it melted like a plastic bag.
I took the test twice and the result was the same. The hair is actually pretty, however, and better to buy it in a place with honesty, because you either sell real human hair or sell mixed or organic hair with the customer's knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então queria somente deixar registrado uma insatisfação para que todos possam ver e analisar para que não se frustem igual a mim, deixando claro também se propuseram solucionar o meu problema. Comprei 200 gramas de cabelo e mandei tecer tudo isso na loja além de perder os 10% pq o cabelo e limpo a tela não foi tecida direito meu cabelo está soltando bastante e como eu já coloco a mais de 10 anos conheço bem quando solta normal e quando o serviço não foi feito corretamente, fui até a loja conversei com o Lucas e ele me disse que é normal soltar que sempre vai soltar que só não é normal soltar muito, mas sim o meu tem soltado muito e eu já tive outras telas tanto de lá quando te outros lugares que ficaram perfeita que não solta nada o Lucas falou que a gente poderia tirar e reforçar mas que iria soltar também pq solta a minha insatisfação e pq meu tempo e corrido imagina vc ter que te esse desgaste duas vezes colocar depois tirar e colocar dnv então estou bem insatisfeita até por questão de ter colocado um tanto de cabelo e está soltando e não está curtido o cabelo que não é barato! Muito frustrada e com certeza não farei dnv o que eu vou ser obrigada só msm tentar ver se reforço a tela com eles pq já paguei mas que pelo jeito dos comentários aqui não foi só eu que tive esse grande problema. Não voltaria fazer negócio nem indicaria para ninguém.

Very frustrated and for sure I won't do dnv which I'll be forced to just try to see if I reinforce the screen with them because I've already paid for it but by the way of the comments here I wasn't the only one who had this big problem. I would not do business again or recommend it to anyone.
