★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrivel, descaso total, pessimo serviço, na hora de vender o pacote é uma maravilha mas depois, nunca tem horário pois a agenda esta sempre lotada, não da pra remarcar (mas não param de oferecer pacotes), tudo atrasado e não respondem o whatsapp. Não da pra entender uma empresa que só se preocupa em vender e não em fidelizar os clientes, estou na metade do tratamento e não fez diferença nenhuma!!!
 horrible, total neglect, terrible service, when it comes to selling the package it's wonderful but then there's never a time because the schedule is always full, you can't reschedule (but they don't stop offering packages), everything is late and they don't answer whatsapp . You can't understand a company that only cares about selling and not about customer loyalty, I'm halfway through the treatment and it didn't make any difference!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada hoje dia 14 minha depilação dia 21 liguei pra reagendar agenda lotada palhaçada isso , é dia da formatura do meu filho poderia me ajudar nisso eu ia saber que ia cair no mesmo dia ,agora tem agenda só pra fevereiro .... Nunca mais volto eé que paguei pacote mais não recomendo mesmo... Quando eu fiz o pacote precisa ver que atenção agora que mais preciso decepção total.....????????????????????????
I'm disappointed today on the 14th my waxing on the 21st I called to reschedule busy schedule bullshit this, it's my son's graduation day could you help me with that I would have known it would fall on the same day, now there's a schedule only for February .... Never again I'll be back and I paid for the package but I really don't recommend it... When I made the package I need to see that attention now that I need it the most total disappointment.....?????????????????? ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervalo muito grande entre uma sessão e outra, talvez esse tenha sido o principal motivo para a ineficácia do procedimento. Mas a pior parte é que por duas vezes queimaram o meu rosto com o laser.
Very large interval between one session and another, perhaps this was the main reason for the ineffectiveness of the procedure. But the worst part is that twice they burned my face with the laser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, muito demorado para agendar as demais sessões, quando é a primeira você pode ir no mesmo dia para fechar o pacote e depois um descaso para agendar as outras sessões....
I don't recommend it, too long to schedule the other sessions, when it's the first one you can go on the same day to close the package and then a neglect to schedule the other sessions....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO INDICO, SE FOR COMPRAR PACOTES COMPRE UM POR VEZ E SÓ COMPRE NOVOS APÓS TERMINAR O OUTRO, VÁRIOS PACOTES ELES NÃO DÃO BOM ATENDIMENTO SE FOREM JUNTOS.
Comprei vários pacotes de depilação os primeiros foram bons, tive retorno para os pontos que não dairam totalmente os pelos, agora terminei a perna inteira fiz a avaliação há uns mais de 60 dias e nada de marcarem os retornos pq desse jeito está horrível, co pior de tudo é que comprei um pacote e desisti 3 dias após a compra falei com a gerente e vendedora e me disseram que estava dentro do prazo que seria cancelado porém, a cobrança ainda está vindo no cartão já falei com a central e nada de resolverem.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, IF YOU ARE BUYING PACKAGES BUY ONE AT A TIME AND ONLY BUY NEW ONE AFTER FINISHING THE OTHER, SEVERAL PACKAGES THEY DON'T GIVE GOOD SERVICE IF THEY ARE TOGETHER.
I bought several depilation packages, the first ones were good, I had a return for the points that didn't completely give the hair, now I finished the whole leg I did the evaluation more than 60 days ago and no marking the returns because that way it's horrible, it's worse After all, I bought a package and gave up 3 days after the purchase, I spoke to the manager and salesperson and they told me that it was within the deadline that would be canceled, however, the charge is still coming on the card, I already spoke to the central and they did not solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, e irresponsabilidade no procedimento. Desde a primeira sessão senti o equipamento muito quente e mesmo reclamando alegavam que era normal e continuavam com a tortura. Na última sessão fiquei com várias queimaduras de segundo grau, as quais eu reclamei de dor e continuaram aplicando com a mesma frequência. O pós atendimento da empresa da empresa é horrível, super burocrático e a empresa busca fazer apenas aquilo que seja conveniente para eles mesmos, te fazendo ter que exigir coisas que deveria ser o mínimo.
Não recomendo pra ninguém, não se deixem levar pelo valor, o barato sai caro!!!
Poor service and irresponsibility in the procedure. From the first session I felt the equipment very hot and even complaining they claimed it was normal and continued with the torture. In the last session I had several second degree burns, which I complained of pain and they continued to apply with the same frequency. The after-service of the company's company is horrible, super bureaucratic and the company seeks to do only what is convenient for them, making you have to demand things that should be the minimum.
I don't recommend it to anyone, don't get carried away by the price, cheap is expensive!!!

Propaganda no Instagram é mil maravilhas….”””””atendimento rápido e prático, re-agendamentos facilitados e tals..”””” tchê, nada nada haver. Fora que se nós chegar atrasado, elas não quer atender, já minha namorada chega 10 min antes do horário, e está mais de 20 min depois esperando ser chamada…. Não recomendo, dei 1 estrela só pra poder comentar, se não eu não dava nem 1/2.

Apart from that if we arrive late, they don't want to answer, my girlfriend arrives 10 minutes before the time, and is more than 20 minutes later waiting to be called…. I don't recommend it, I gave it 1 star just to be able to comment, otherwise I wouldn't even give it 1/2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Unidades Ciane e Iguatemi. Enviam mensagens todos os dias com promoções, mas nunca tem horários pra agendamento. Cada tentativa é um stress, transferi da unidade Iguatemi para unidade ciane por não conseguir agendar, e o problema continua, e pra cancelar o pacote ainda tem q pagar multa. Se arrependimento matasse nunca teria comprado pacote de depilação da laser fast!!!!
Terrible attendance! Ciane and Iguatemi Units. They send messages every day with promotions, but they never have appointment times. Each attempt is a stress, I transferred from the Iguatemi unit to the cyane unit for not being able to schedule, and the problem continues, and to cancel the package you still have to pay a fine. If regret could kill I would never have bought a laser hair removal package fast!!!!
