★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema de lavagem não condiz com o nome da franqueadora, inclusive não consta no site da franquia, logo, devem estar usando o nome de modo não autorizado (não posso afirmar tal fato).
Valor cobrado de 50 reais uma pequena cesta com em média 20 peças.
No Brasil, o sistema de lavagem geral não funciona como em outros países, pois não é acessível. Em 20 lavagens pequenas, compra-se uma máquina nova. Aqui o sistema de lavanderia é destinado a grandes peças que o usuário padrão não conseguiria lavar em casa.

The washing system does not match the franchisor's name, it is not even on the franchise's website, so they must be using the name in an unauthorized way (I cannot say this fact).
Amount charged of 50 reais a small basket with an average of 20 pieces.
In Brazil, the general washing system does not work as in other countries, as it is not accessible. In 20 small washes, you buy a new machine. Here the laundry system is intended for large items that the standard user would not be able to wash at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de lavanderia que dá um prazo de 1 semana, deixa antecipado o valor do produto. No dia, não atendem telefone e nem ligam para o cliente. Disseram que a entrega do produto marcado é pra às 17hs. Quando você chega, não está pronto. Pergunta " faz entrega?" Resposta;" Sim, deixe seu endereço" e você fica em casa aguardando e não chega. Realmente falta de compromisso com o cliente. E pra completar ainda estou aguardando o produto hoje. Que claro só vão entregar amanhã.
Laundry company that gives a deadline of 1 week, leaves the value of the product in advance. On the day, they don't answer the phone or call the customer. They said that the delivery of the scheduled product is for 17:00. When you arrive, you are not ready. Question "Do you deliver?" Answer; "Yes, leave your address" and you stay at home waiting and it doesn't arrive. Really lack of commitment to the customer. And to top it off, I'm still waiting for the product today. Of course they will only deliver tomorrow.
