O pedido foi pra tirar manchas em roupa branca.As manchas não foram tiradas e ainda estragaram a outra cor das blusas.Era azul marinho e ficaram marrom.Fui pessoalmente reclamar e não fizeram nada.Perguntaram o que eu queria que fizesse.Quem deve dar solução é a empresa e não o cliente.Cada blusa de uniforme custa 40,00.Perdi 4 blusas.Ainda me perguntou se eu conseguia tirar mancha sem colocar de molho.Que estragou porque colocaram de molho em sabão OMO.Comprou OMO só por causa das minhas blusas...Se eu soubesse e quisesse tirar mancha em casa não estava mandando pra lavandeira.

Lousy experience!
The request was to remove stains on white clothes. The stains were not removed and still spoiled the other color of the blouses. It was navy blue and turned brown. I personally complained and did nothing. They asked what I wanted them to do. solution is the company and not the customer.Each blouse in uniform costs 40.00. I lost 4 blouses. You still asked me if I could get the stain off without putting it in. It spoiled because they put it in the OMO soap. It bought OMO just because of my blouses ... If I knew and wanted to remove the stain at home I wouldn't be sending it to the laundry.
