Solicitei o reparo e fui prontamente atendida.
Me devolveram com 4 dias de atraso e não pude levar o tênis para viagem, mesmo informando da necessidade do mesmo.
O tênis foi deixado na casa da minha mãe e nem sequer fui informada, pois o combinado era deixar neste endereço para eu pegar para a viagem visto o atraso de 2 dias.
Neste Natal fui buscar o tênis na casa da minha mae e ao abrir a sacola o tenis estava do mesmo jeito que deixei. A palmilha com odor péssimo e esbranquiçada e o tenis continua do mesmo jeito que deixei. Lamentável, pois sempre lavei os meus tênis lá e nunca tive problema.
I left a pair of sneakers that were returned damp and smelly.
I requested the repair and was promptly assisted.
They returned it to me 4 days late and I couldn't take the shoes for the trip, even though I informed them of the need for it.
The sneakers were left at my mother's house and I wasn't even informed, as the arrangement was to leave it at this address for me to pick up for the trip, since I was 2 days late.
This Christmas I went to pick up the shoes at my mother's house and when I opened the bag, the shoes were as I left them. The insole has a bad, whitish odor and the sneakers remain the same as I left them. It's a pity, as I always washed my sneakers there and never had a problem.
