E a satisfação com a Lavandaria já iniciou no primeiro contato com a Lara, que foi rápida e esclareceu prontamente todas as dúvidas.
Quanto à limpeza dos sofás e poltronas feitas pela Amanda eu só tenho elogios. Profissionalismo, educação, e o trabalho em si não poderia ter sido melhor. Atenciosa mesmo nos detalhes (protetores para os pés, manta para proteger o chão, esclareceu todos os procedimentos à medida que ia realizando).
Se procuram por limpeza de sofás, já encontrou. Ganharam um cliente vitalício.
Acrescentando a avaliação, recebi os tapetes que eu havia solicitado para lavagem.
Voltaram parecendo novos. E o pessoal que retirou e entregou foi bem atencioso. Colocaram os tapetes no local. Sem dúvida utilizarei os serviços de vocês sempre que precisar.

Adding to the review, I received the rugs I had requested for washing.
They came back looking like new. And the people who picked it up and delivered it were very attentive. They put the rugs in place. I will definitely use your services whenever I need to.

Já havia feito uma lavagem do meu sofá anteriormente com outra empresa e não vi mta diferença.
Dessa vez com a Lavandaria o sofá ficou maravilhoso! Estou impressionada, tudo mto bom, cheiro gostosinho e a lavagem foi rápida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu lavei meu sofá e minhas cadeiras e no dia seguinte vieram impermeabilizar..Como no dia fica molhado não dá pra ver se saiu todas as manchas mas no dia seguinte quando o Glauco veio impermeabilizar estação com pequenas manchinhas e não desistiu do trabalho até ficar totalmente perfeito . Muito obrigado pelo profissionalismo e pelo bom atendimento .

As duas primeiras fotos da poltrona e do sofá são já lavados e as duas últimas são ainda sem lavar.

Fui atendida por whatsapp pela Patrícia que, além de ser muito simpática e atenciosa, foi muito paciente e eficiente, agendou a retirada e entrega do tapete e acompanhou todo o processo, me atualizando em tempo real, tudo no horário combinado. Também contratei o serviço de limpeza do sofá, que foi sincronizado com a entrega do tapete, facilitando para fazer tudo no mesmo dia. A Amanda, que veio higienizar o sofá, além de muito simpática também, foi extremamente prestativa e disposta, até me ajudou a montar o sofá. Ambos sofá e tapete ficaram limpíssimos e muito cheirosos. O tapete voltou perfeitamente embalado para que não sujasse durante o transporte. Tenho apenas elogios à equipe da Lavandaria, recomendo de olhos fechados.
