★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei um bom serviço. A moça que atende é muito simpática, mas o homem, que acredito ser o dono, está sempre sem máscara, mostrando 0 preocupação com os clientes. Sorte que só uso máscara pff2 para evitar contaminação com gente assim...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa, levei um cobertor em uma capa que veio da loja, e me devolveram em um saco a vaco, Questionei eles e falaram que minha embalagem estava toda rasgada e jogaram. Na hora que receberam não me informaram. Quem levou fui eu e sei que estava nova retirei a capa quando comprei e só usei na ocasião.
Fui lá e a mulher que me atendeu disse ser muito fácil comprar outra na internet, perguntei qual o site ela mandou e procurar. Quem tinha que procurar e comprar eram eles.
Deram um prazo de entrega e não cumpriram, tive que cobrar e já estava pago o serviço.
E vc deixa mensagem nem responde.
Avaliei como não tem zero.
Negative, I took a blanket in a cover that came from the store, and they returned it to me in a vacuum bag, I questioned them and they said that my packaging was all torn and they threw it. When they received it, they didn't inform me. I was the one who took it and I know it was new, I removed the cover when I bought it and only used it on the occasion.
I went there and the woman who answered me said it was very easy to buy another one on the internet, I asked which site she sent and look for it. They were the ones who had to look and buy.
They gave a deadline for delivery and did not comply, I had to charge and the service was already paid.
And you leave a message and don't respond.
