★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais levo nada nesse lugar, atrasaram a entrega do meu tapete, não deram satisfação nenhuma, só informaram sobre o atraso e nova data de entrega quando fui questionar. O tapete chegou com um cheiro horrível, de cachorro molhado, provavelmente não devem ter secado direito pois esta com cheiro de coisa mal seca, chulé, suor, eu não sei nem descrever. Agora vou ter que gastar mais dinheiro para lavar em algum outro lugar que tenha compromisso e que seque corretamente.
I never take anything in that place again, they delayed the delivery of my rug, they didn't give any satisfaction, they only informed me about the delay and new delivery date when I went to question. The carpet arrived with a horrible smell, like a wet dog, they probably shouldn't have dried properly because it smelled like something badly dry, foot odor, sweat, I can't even describe it. Now I'm going to have to spend more money to wash somewhere else that has an appointment and that dries properly.
