Service well done, deliver on time, excellent quality. It could improve the friendliness of the phone service and in person as well. But it does not compromise the excellent cost benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para lavarem minha persiana vertical de tecido e demoraram mais que o combinado para entregar. Cotei com várias empresas e o preço da Royal não era o mais baixo mas me pareceu profissional, então contratei. Quando devolveram a persiana, ela estava toda amassada, com ondulações e muitos vincos, como se tivesse ficado dobrada por um bom tempo. O Ricardo disse que em 48h tudo se normalizaria e ela ficaria reta e lisa novamente. As ondulações saíram mas os vincos se mantém até hoje, 45 dias depois. Mandei MUITOS emails para o Ricardo que agora já não tem sido simpático e atencioso, nem me responde e não foi em casa arrumar o estrago. E eu sigo com uma persiana que era linda (e me custou caro) toda danificada e a empresa nem se preocupa em reparar o serviço mal prestado.
Em resumo: NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
I asked to wash my vertical fabric blinds and it took longer than agreed to deliver. I compared with several companies and the price of Royal was not the lowest but it seemed professional, so I hired. When they returned the blind, it was all wrinkled, with ripples and many creases, as if it had been folded for a long time. Ricardo said that in 48 hours everything would be normal and she would be straight and smooth again. The ripples left but the creases remain today, 45 days later. I sent LOTS of emails to Ricardo who now has not been friendly and attentive, he doesn't even answer me and he didn't go home to fix the damage. And I follow with a blind that was beautiful (and cost me dearly) all damaged and the company doesn't even bother to repair the poorly rendered service.
In summary: DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Retiraram meu tapete e colcha sem deixar 1 comprovante de retirada e ficarm mais de 1 mes sem dar posicao de quando iriam entregar.
Tive q ir pessoalmente ate a lavanderia para resolver o assunto.
ATENDIMENTO da recepção sem educacao e o entregador também.
Terrible attendance.
They removed my rug and bedspread without leaving 1 proof of withdrawal and stayed more than 1 month without giving a position as to when they would deliver.
I had to go personally to the laundry to resolve the matter.
SERVICE from the uneducated reception and the courier as well.
