★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filial do HIPER IDEAL - Na primeira experiencia ruim (ano passado) fiz uma observação à atendente, que as roupas de cama de banho estavam com odor de sabão sem enxague, ou falta de amaciante. Na segunda vez, me pediram para levar as roupas de volta, dai deixei de utilizar a lavagem economica, pq era nesse pacote que as roupas vinham FEDORENTAS. Na semana passada chamei o delivery, mas me foi dito que o carro estava quebrado sem previsão de retorno ao serviço, então levei mais de 300 pçs para lavar, e na chegada fui advertida pela atendente, que a lavanderia, além de não fazer alvejamento (olha que eu já me dava o trabalho de retirar as manchas em casa) NÃO garantia o serviço com a qualidade que eu exijo, ou seja, roupas cheirosas e não fedorentas como estavam vindo. Logico que dei meia volta e levei a minha carga de roupas para lavar em outro estabelecimento. Negligencia, ineficiência e péssimo atendimento é a característica dessa lavanderia.

Last week I called delivery, but I was told that the car was broken with no forecast of return to service, so I took more than 300 pieces to wash, and on arrival I was warned by the attendant, that the laundry, in addition to not doing bleaching ( look, I already took the trouble to remove the stains at home) I DO NOT guarantee the service with the quality I demand, that is, clothes that smell and not smelly as they were coming. Of course I turned around and took my load of clothes to wash at another establishment. Negligence, inefficiency and bad service is the characteristic of this laundry.
