★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não aceita fazer a troca do óleo de câmbio no caso do cliente levar o óleo (sendo que o meu é original da marca do meu veiculo), eles só fazem a troca caso compre o óleo lá para poder ganhar no serviço e no produto. Só para lembrar que segundo a lei do consumidor a venda casada é proibida quando se é registrado junto ao município e o estado como prestador de serviços. Não recomendo a ninguém péssimo atendimento.
The company does not accept to change the gear oil in case the customer takes the oil (and mine is original from my vehicle's brand), they only do the change if they buy the oil there in order to earn on the service and the product. Just to remind you that according to consumer law, tie-in sales are prohibited when registered with the municipality and the state as a service provider. I don't recommend bad service to anyone.
