★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos últimos 3 anos utilizei os serviços deles e nunca tive problema. Agora no começo do ano estragaram um vestido que utilizei uma vez, levei lá e informaram que iam arrumar. Depois de 10 dias passei lá e informaram que o Sr. Fábio, proprietário Da lavanderia, falou que o tempo se esgotou para reclamação e que não iriam arrumar. Chocada em terem falado uma coisa e terem feito outra, sem avisarem, simplesmente deixarem durante 10 dias eu acreditar que estava tudo bem, tentaram reverter a situação falando novamente que iriam arrumar. Como acreditar em algo que foi vetado pelo próprio dono da lavanderia? Estou aguardando pelo reclame aqui o retorno, mas sinto informar que são responsáveis até a página dois, portanto cuidado, principalmente com peças que não serão utilizadas a curto prazo que, quando tirar do plástico, pode ter surpresas. Muito triste essa conduta e jamais levaria novamente. Empresas que não assumem o erro e deixam o cliente no escuro é complicado.

I am waiting for the return here, but I am sorry to inform you that you are responsible until page two, so be careful, especially with parts that will not be used in the short term, which, when you remove the plastic, may have surprises. This conduct was very sad and I would never take it again. Companies that do not assume the error and leave the customer in the dark is complicated.
