★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para fazer exames. No dia 14/07 fui fazer uma ressonância magnética com contraste agendado para o horário das 11:00. Houve um grande atrasado para fazer o exame que foi realizado as 14:00. O cirurgião que analisou o exame disse que as imagens não são boas.
 Bad place to take exams. On 07/14 I went to have an MRI with contrast scheduled for 11:00. There was a big delay to take the exam which was held at 14:00. The surgeon who analyzed the exam said the images are not good.

O maximo um cafe ou cha ou cafe com leite, ou seja se a pessoa nao toma café e cha lascou!!!uma agua.... nenhuma bolacha!!!! Zero pra isto TBM.Pois quem mora longe depende de onibus metro ja chega la com a pressao no chao...achei um descaso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Mesmo eu estando com uma dor fortíssima me fizeram esperar quase duas horas pra fazer um exame, sendo que fui lá com hora marcada. Me atenderam de mau humor e não deram explicação pra demora. No fim meu médico ainda disse que as imagens da ressonância deles eram tão ruins que tive que fazer outra ressonância em outro laboratório. Se pudesse dava nota zero.
Terrible. Even though I was in very strong pain, they made me wait almost two hours for an exam, and I went there by appointment. They attended me in a bad mood and gave no explanation for the delay. In the end my doctor even said that their MRI images were so bad that I had to do another MRI in another lab. If I could, I would score zero.

I loved the service and I was attended to as soon as I arrived and the receptionist takes you to the place to take the exam.
The guy who does the MRI is a very nice, attentive person.

Viemos do ABC pro laboratório, uma distância enorme , horário marcado pra fazer um ultrassom obstétrico, agendamento on line , 08h , tudo certo e confirmando pelo whats , chegamos antecipadamente . Fomos pegos de surpresa e quando disseram pra mim e pra minha esposa que o exame não era feito pelo laboratório, uma má vontade pra resolver o problema, responsável Gabriele não dá uma atenção, recepcionista debochadas. Então não recomendo , se eu fosse falar tudo de ruim Que passamos no dia 24/12/21 na merd# dessa clínica , o comentário ia ficar muito grande. Corram desse local , sem médicos , sem disposição , sem se preocupar com cliente , então pnc de vocês

Só dar uma olhada nas avaliações, a reclamação sobre a falta de pontualidade e os atrasos de horas são recorrentes.
Cheguei para realizar um exame e avisaram na recepção que eu deveria esperar DUAS HORAS.
Sem respeito nenhum ao meu tempo. Não recomendo.

Just taking a look at the reviews, complaints about lack of punctuality and late hours are recurrent.
I arrived for an exam and they told the reception that I had to wait TWO HOURS.
No respect for my time. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no laboratório no dia 13/12/2021 para realizar uma ressonância nas mamas, com 4horas em jejum. Cheguei ao laboratório com 30min. De antecedência e fui atendida com 40min. De atraso do horário marcado. Ao terminar o exame o técnico informou que as imagens não seria entregue pois estava com problemas na impressora.
No dia 23/12/21, me enviaram uma mensagem via whatsapp pedindo para retornar ao laboratório pois havia dado problema imagem e eu precisaria repetir o exame.
Hoje 07/01/22 retornei ao laboratório, conforme agendado 14:30, chegando com mais de meia hora de antecedência, fui atendida com mais de 1:10 min com atraso exatamente as 15:45 e no final do exame novamente não me liberaram a imagem. Essas imagens são liberadas no mesmo dia e o laudo posteriormente. Tendo que retornar novamente ao laboratório, para retirar as imagens.
Falta de respeito e descaso.
I was in the laboratory on 12/13/2021 to perform a breast MRI, with 4 hours of fasting. I arrived at the lab with 30min. In advance and I was served with 40min. Late appointment time. At the end of the exam, the technician informed that the images would not be delivered because he had problems with the printer.
On 12/23/21, they sent me a message via whatsapp asking to return to the laboratory because there was a problem with the image and I would need to repeat the exam.
Today 01/07/22 I returned to the laboratory, as scheduled at 14:30, arriving more than half an hour in advance, I was attended with more than 1:10 min late at exactly 15:45 and at the end of the exam again I was not released the image. These images are released on the same day and the report later. Having to return to the laboratory again, to remove the images.
Lack of respect and neglect.
